Pros:

It will cost you no less than $300 for a rental. I bought a flight once I arrived and they presented me with a rental agreement which was over 3x the cost of the rental agreement for which I had paid for.

Car was very comfortable, clean , more than enough power, pick up was sooo easy, drop off a little disappointing as there were no persons on the counter and we really wanted to know about the deposit return. In the end we had to drop the key and run for our boarding, but was sorted very easy next day by phone call.

They said that they don't rent cars to Illinois residents, so I wasn't able to get a car.

Pickup and drop off take a lot of time. It will take an hour from reaching the pickup spot until you have a car. There’s a $1500.00 deposit, which they keep for a week after you return the vehicle. They want to see your insurance for YOUR vehicle (???) as well as the insurance documentation you plan to use, such as credit card. My confirmation clearly stated it was unlimited mileage but it was not. There are fees for driving out of province. Fees for extra driver (that’s not all that’s unusual) This takes way too much time, is misrepresented and there are hidden fees. Also… attitude. I would not recommend this place.

The vehicle was very good value. It was not however very clean, and the gas tank was not fully topped up. It was under filled by about 12 litres of gas according my top up upon return of the vehicle. I mentioned this to the rental associate, and I was told it would be mentioned to management. No feedback so far. Regards, Mr. Jose Costa

In the site it was mentioned that it is an unlimited mileage but when I went in person, they told me it is limited to 120 kms. On top of it they were asking for $1400 deposit!!!! Very very poor service. I had to decline the offer and asked for refund, and I did not get refund too. I didnt even ride the vehicle. Total loss for me because of this scam.

I wasn’t able to be up the car! For some reason they don’t rent to Atlanta Residence and they send out communication to let me know that before I made it to the location.
