Cons:

The staff at Hertz was very rude and impatient. After we returned our car and signed document claiming everything was in good condition upon return, Hertz staff called us the next day accusing us stealing one of the car tools from the back trunk. This is ridiculous. We did not steal anything!

The car and service was great. Finding the car return was a nitemare. We drove around the airport for an hour

Check in online was good but the next step to select vehicle was very disappointing- did not go through. Then no response. Thrifty counter at airport was closed- long line at Dollar counter: then had to go on lower level at another counter to get car. Nearly 2 hours before we get car: what’s the use of checking online?

Terrible customer service and gave me a crappy car, low tire pressure at start and ask customer to fill it on the way, engine oil life of 10%. Cause delay on my trip schedule. Charge full at the end of the trip regardless of faulty car and bad customer.

Full size SUV is not a ford edge similar to high lander. Car was not clean when picked up and we had to identify multiple scratches and dents not included on the form so with no attendant outside we had to walk back inside to the rental counter to add them to the form before leaving (extra 20 min process)

The woman at Marrakech pick up location was nice, professional, and clear. The man at Tangier drop off location was nice, professional and clear but he charged us for cleaning the vehicle which should have been included in price.

At was clean. Low tire light came on within 2 minutes of office to return. Tried to charge me 15€ for “tire repair”. I said no way and they waived it.

Great experience. The only recommendation: I received a bridge toll fine of 22.00 pounds. My fault. Europcar charged 40.00 pounds to notify me by email. That seems excessive to me.
