Very good experience, considering the short flight the meals were served promptly after takeoff.

X class seats in row 3 with the new configuration are very poor in fact I feel 3B and 3E should no longer be considered as X class seat as there is no forward seat pocket available to these seats and greatly reduced leg room due the intrusion of the business class armrests/table module

It was pretty good. Everyone friendly. Like all airlines, the draconian limitations on baggage and weight and not giving even a free soda kind of drags down the experience a bit.

Last 10 minutes boarding they canceled the flight and didn’t organise anything

Estheticly the plane looks great, although the seats are way too upright. If the seats were just slightly more reclined then the comfort level would increase tenfold. I had the stiffest neck after just a short flight due to this. A nap was almost out of the question.

Cabin crew were very professional and welcoming. They certainly appeared to have lifted their game. Congratulations

I know not directly a Virgin "thing" but I hold Virgin responsible for their subcontractors. Had to wait 45 minutes waiting for baggage at PER before the belt conveyor even started. This is unacceptable and hopefully Virgin engages with whoever to pull their fingers out. I realise PER staff are generally slow at the best of times but this was ridiculous. Maybe more seating for those waiting, a cafe in the baggage area for a light meal while we wait or at the very least a troop of dancing girls to entertain the punters while they stare at the conveyor belt start light almost willing it to fire up.

Very poor. Flight was cancelled due to captain exceeding hours. Told to fend for ourselves for 12 hours until a new flight could be done. This meant overnight accommodation in Hobart. Next plane was delayed and no food onboard. No apologies from Virgin. Extremely disappointing.

Qatar airways from Doha to guangzhau was excellent big bird Boeing 777 more room and smoothly flight, I Love it

I found it weird that the quality of the flight different from Australia to Doha than the Doha to Berlin leg. The quality of the toiletries pack (was in a box from Australia) and then a proper bag from Doha. The biggest variation was the inflight entertainment, which had a significantly shorter amount of content compared to the Doha flight. My QSuite seat was also broken and did not recline all the way flat. Wasn’t the best and I wouldn’t be happy if I’d paid cash for the flight.

To many ads. 3 or 4 between each movie. All repetitive, all related to Doha which I was just passing thru.

After going through security and waiting for the flight at the gate, there was no access to bathrooms and no place to charge a phone while waiting for the flight. But once I was on the plane, everything was very good.

The 2nd flight from Doha to Mumbai was not of international level expected while booking with Qatar

The plane from Dublin to Doha was quite comfortable. I was in economy and the seats and rows were very tight. The man in front of me reclined his seat and it made my screen incredibly close to my face and I wasn’t able to take my tray down and my knees were pressed against the seat. I had to ask three times for him to pull his seat up but in his defence he hadn’t even reclined it far, the rows were just too close. I had a pain in my side by the end of the flight from the chairs which were quite worn and not very padded or supportive. It was a significantly inferior plane to the plane from Doha to Sydney and vice versa.

Service / food has to be much better. Staff were not very attentive to requests. Requested for a second serve of coke and got a weird look back from the host! Was also told they don’t have extra water bottles when I requested for one before sleep! Dinner time food was very minimum and average.

chaos boarding. Crew in business class seemed short staffed and lacking in attention to details initially, but did improve during flight.

The cabin was quite noisy as there were lots of children travelling for the school holidays. Found the selection of movies limited.

The best so far coz this time it was all male steward on the economy cluster. They were polite, efficient & genuinely courteous. They do not judge you when you ask for more food & peanuts.

Delayed for 45 minutes. Don't know what's the issue. Other than that, food was not to my satisfaction. However it's okay.

My first course flight (Aor-Kul) was cancelled in the morning, and they asked me to board the night flight hence I need to transit overnight for the 2nd flight (Kul-Myy) that supposed to be on the same day. The overnight stay was not provided, (I'm traveling with my spouse, a daughter (5 y.o.) and an infant (2 months old). Hence I booked Sama Sama Hotel at my own expense (fortunately using my enrich miles points). Other than this issue, all services is good.

Movie selection was ok, but could be better. Would like to see greater selection of newer movies.

There was a Turkish Airlines employee sat in 16A in the row in front of us. We understood that she was a Turkish Airlines employee from her interaction with the cabin crew and the fact that she boarded business but was sitting in economy with us. What annoyed us was the extremely loud conversation she had for the majority of the 12 hour flight with two men, one of which was leaning over the chair in front of her. This was annoying as they were so loud that my wife and I could still hear them despite wearing our noise cancelling earphones. No intervention was taken by the cabin crew. Secondly, she ordered some extra meals from the crew, which we believe to have come from business class, for her male friends. Seeing this in economy is very disheartening. Lastly, one of her male friends pulled out an e-cigarette and was only mildly reprimanded by the cabin crew. Overall, we consider this behaviour completely inappropriate of a Turkish Airlines employee. Next time we will book with Emirites, I don’t think that their employees would be allowed to behave in this manner.

the worst experience we had. they put connection label to our luggages with mistake and we had to wait for 5 hours to pick them up

COmpared to my experience in the business class of other airlines the food variety and offerings were meager. They did not have any cookies or crackers for snacking! They were unable to offer some other items. This has never been my experience in other airlines.

Just on time arrival and departure would make it great

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the recent flight experience I had with your airline. This has been one of the worst travel experiences I have ever encountered, and I feel compelled to bring it to your attention. Firstly, I missed my flight due to what I perceive to be a lack of clear communication and coordination on the part of your staff. There was no remorse or apology from the airline's representatives, which further exacerbated the situation. As a result of missing my flight, I was subjected to a 24-hour delay at the airport, where I had to spend a significant amount of money to rent a hotel room and cover other incidental expenses. Additionally, since my baggage was already checked in from Tanzania to Turkey, I had to purchase essential items for the 24-hour period. What truly dismayed me, however, was the discourteous and unprofessional attitude of your staff. Their lack of empathy and understanding only added to the stress and inconvenience of the situation. I have been traveling abroad for over 20 years, and I can confidently say that this experience has been the worst I have ever encountered. As a result, I am compelled to reconsider ever using your airline again for future travel. I strongly urge you to address the issues I have raised and take immediate steps to rectify the situation. Additionally, I expect a formal apology and a refund for the expenses I incurred due to the airline's negligence.

Flight canceled and then “uncanceled” after I booked are placement. I had to pay for both a Turkish Air doesn’t admit their mistake

I couldn’t select my seat until I checked in at the airport. Extremely difficult to talk to a customer service representative. Also, the gate announcement doesn’t appear until less than an hour before boarding.

They over sold the flight and I was not able to board. Had to buy two tickets so I would not miss my connection.

Wonderful service and very comfy in the bulkhead in Economy Plus! Delicious food.

On the flight from Venice to London even it’s short, 2 hours 20 minutes and mostly people are on vacation, it’s ridiculous to change money for the cup of tea or coffee. Also it’s to much to charge 80$ for 1 piece of luggage

Flying economy is like being packed into a sardine can.

The BA team at Sky Harbor is deplorable, full of unnecessary attitude and poor communication. It seems like every member of the team was looking at another to solve the problem, instead of taking agency to do so themselves. I saw no less than 6 altercations with the same gate agent where he threatened to revoke the passengers boarding pass for asking a wildly reasonable question, something as simple as where the cue to board was. I’ve complained to BA before but it seems this isn’t an issue for them, which is very disappointing

Boarding poor in London,ok in Chicago. Don’t like Heatrow/terminal5

It was very good. We got a late start by about an hour and a half. However I worked rather have that than crash. It was purely mechanical. They had our tickets ready when we came off the plane in London for the next leg. The only mishap was when we got to Lisbon my husbands luggage made or bit mine didn't. All was not lost because I did finally get it 2 days later. I was really pleased that they c made the effort.

Business lounge in Naples is very spartan with poor food and not very comfortable. Late departure from gate, ride bust then wait on runway for 30 minutes. Almost an hour late departing. Business class was middle seat empty. We exit row do reasonable comfort. Service was friendly and prompt but drink offerings limited with some selections requiring extra charge.

Liked that my American Airlines status seamlessly transferred to BA so luggage check was free. Flights were on time, boarding quick. Wish they didn’t assign connecting gate so late at Heathrow.
