Cons:They charged me 30eur....that's about 36 us dollars...for "waiving "their insurance because my credit card covered me extensively....they never mentioned there would be a fee. Let alone such a extortionistic one as large as that.. Will never use them again and implore you not to either.. Crooks!!!

Pros:No!!! I had to wait outside at SLC airport for over an hour & froze my butt off! I went inside to warm up & missed the shuttle.
Cons:Everything could have been better!!! After all the waiting in line, FOX cancelled my car rental!!! I had to scramble to find another rental agency, go back to the airport/find another car/& wait in line all over again. Horrible!!!

Pros:I was not happy that our extra day was so expensive compared to the rest of the rental I am not sure if other rental cars make you pay for the whole tank if you buy the gas in advance. It would seem that if I pay you to refill it you would know how much is in the tank at that point and then be able to charge me later that day

Pros:Nice new Malibu
Cons:The Malibu first had a probelm with the key fob, so one day I could not lock, unlock or start the vehicle. The Avis emergency road service line was able to talk me through how to cope with this. Later, we had a slow leak in a tire, so we had to drive to an airport 30 minutes away to swap it for another car. Getting in touch with a specific Avis dealer to see if they could handle this was a nightmare. We never did manage to get through the phone system to a human. I had requested a rental at the PHX airport, and what we found on arrival was that the rental agency was a $40 cab ride away! I felt we had been suckered.
