I thought I was picking up at the airport, but it wasn't that budget. I had to take a cab to get to the location which was many miles away and cost me an additional $30.2.0 Poor

Pros:
First guy in Charleston told us it would be $210 at pick up and made us buy the fuel package (so we didn’t have to fill up before we dropped off the car) and told us that they charge for a full tank and refund you the difference based on fuel level at drop off. (LIE) the woman at drop off refused to refund the difference (we dropped off with half a tank left) she made us leave and drive 10 minutes to the nearest gas station and fill up (only cost $20 and they tried to charge $80) and after dropping it off she tried to charge us extra for the time we had the car!! We had it less than 24 hours and she tried to charge us 2 days rate. She finally gave up trying to rob us but delayed us just enough time to miss the shuttle and have to pay to get to our cruise. Never will we use Budget car rental again!!!Cons:

Cons:
Walked into an empty location with a telephone ringing off the hook. After about 10 minutes a man walked in, went behind the counter and without saying a word, nodded his head back to acknowledge my presence and call me over to the counter. The car was dirty inside and out. He said he would take it to put it through a car wash but it should have been clean when he brought it to me. Overall poor experience at pick-up. Drop-off at airport location was completely different. Very friendly people and a very easy process.4.0 Mediocre

I got this car for a one way and it served it's purpose.Cons:
The guy at pick up was an idiot and the car was dirty, still trash in it from the last person. Also the employee put in the computer the car left with a full tank when indeed it left with the fuel light on. The guy at drop off also was sporting an attitude.Hertz

The customer service was horrible the 2 men working the morning shift Friday the 23rd were absolutely ridiculous. Never in my life treated that way.... rude I feel they were stressed with the Holiday and took it out on me and the lady that walked in after. I will never rent from this location again.... I had to call corporate they actually helped me and were amazing. The gentleman Monday morning at drop off was also nice.2.0 Poor

Well they cancelled my reservation 20 minutes before I was due to pick up my car because they had nothing available for me. I had this reservation scheduled for 2 weeks at least prior to coming down. They had no other options available for me and even when I called the main number for the company, they were unable to help me as well10.0 Wonderful
