The staff was friendly. They didn't have what I requested so I got a free upgrade. Return was seamless and quick.Cons:
The pick-up explanation felt a bit rushed. He was throwing a lot of add-ons and numbers at me and I didn't really get a chance to process everything. The insurance I bought before pick-up was not through Enterprise. Theirs is different. That needs to made more clear.2.0 Poor

Cons:
The check oil light came on in the very expensive premium SUV I rented. I had to exit and stop at a gas station to check the oil. The oil was not even touching the full tube. It took two quarts of oil at $10 to make it right. Not a big deal, but a minor inconvenience. I thought Enterprise would simply reimburse me the $20 and make it right - they didn’t! A very pretty move... We were told by the represent that the only the store manager could make that call and he would call us to discuss. They never did. Terrible customer service a real shame to lose a customer over $20...2.8 Poor

Pick up took forever. Car had hardly any gas in it when I picked it up. When I asked if I could drop off at airport you said you’d charge me $100 drop fee. I offered to pay $50 as a compromise but you said no way. Will not ever use enterprise again.4.4 Mediocre

The first rental I picked up started overheating 20 minutes after leaving the lot, I had to return the car after being told to go to a different enterprise to swap the car, no one had one available so I still had to return to the original site to swap out the car. Very time consuming.4.8 Mediocre

The larger, short lady was extremely unfriendly and having a . very bad day. She would not discuss the final billing with me. I turned the car in 24 hrs later which was one hour later due to time zone switch and she wanted to charge me extra day.10.0 Wonderful

The car was great but they didn’t give it to me at my quoted price. I had to call customer service and am still trying to fix it.Cons:
Horrible pickup experience!Waited an hour past my reso for the ONE worker to clean a car for the renter ahead of me, rent it to them, check in another group who just wanted to extend their rent, then go back to the garage &clean/vacuum the car I would be renting! Again, she was the ONLY PESON THERE!10.0 Wonderful

Pros:
Easy check in process. I liked the early return process. Matt did a good job going through everything. He tried to make right the van not being cleaned yet. Van options were very nice. Hands free/Blue-tooth phone capabilities and plenty of room for luggage and 4 people to stretch out in. We liked having the tuck away 3rd row seats. Leather seats made for easy cleaning. Overall, the van performed better than expected.Cons:
Matt was nice, seemed overwhelmed at the time. The lobby was full, it was spring break, and the van I was to get was not able to be cleaned yet. Matt asked me if I wanted to wait. I declined and took the van as is. He gave me a free car wash voucher. We walked through the pre-rental and took pictures of the exterior of the van. Minor knicks and dings (standard where and tear on a 50,000 mile vehicle) were noted. I spent my 1st 2 hours cleaning out big dog hair from the last customer and wiping down everything. I was not mad nor did I call to complain.10.0 Wonderful
