I liked the price for my rental. I hated the dirty exterior on the rental. I also didnt care for the $300 deposit that STILL hasn’t been returned despite the rental being returned in similar condition that it was borrowed.

Pros:

The staff was friendly. They didn't have what I requested so I got a free upgrade. Return was seamless and quick.

Cons:

The pick-up explanation felt a bit rushed. He was throwing a lot of add-ons and numbers at me and I didn't really get a chance to process everything. The insurance I bought before pick-up was not through Enterprise. Theirs is different. That needs to made more clear.

Cons:

The check oil light came on in the very expensive premium SUV I rented. I had to exit and stop at a gas station to check the oil. The oil was not even touching the full tube. It took two quarts of oil at $10 to make it right. Not a big deal, but a minor inconvenience. I thought Enterprise would simply reimburse me the $20 and make it right - they didn’t! A very pretty move... We were told by the represent that the only the store manager could make that call and he would call us to discuss. They never did. Terrible customer service a real shame to lose a customer over $20...

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY they're trying to charge me an additional $79.85 for gas even though I turned it in with slightly more in it than when it was given to me! It was just under the first tick above half when I got it. I put it over the tick when I turned it in. Now just about half a tank of gas is somehow worth $80. Also, the $200 deposit was not told to me before booking, so I had to scramble for that money! Now they're saying it could take 14 days to be returned! Awful, shady practices. Would not trust them again. They seem cheaper at first for a reason.

The car was mostly clean on the inside. The car had bug stains on the outside & had not been washed.

There was nobody at the pick up location, as a matter of fact, they are closed on Saturday and Sunday. No body told me that I could not get the car on a Saturday morning. And I could not get hold of neither kayak or hertz to solve the problem. Very unhappy.

I like how easy Hertz is. I was in and out with no issues. But I'd also really appreciate if Hertz, and every rental company for that matter, would clean the inside windows for once. Every rental I get in has smears, smudges, and overspray from the interior cleaner on the windows. It's super annoying especially when driving in rain, into the sun, or at night. Clean windows go a long way and I'd appreciate attention to that detail. Also, when dropping my car off at the airport, there was nobody there to greet me. In fact, other renters thought I was the Hertz rep. I didn't know what to do and neither did others.

Pros:

Easy check in process. I liked the early return process. Matt did a good job going through everything. He tried to make right the van not being cleaned yet. Van options were very nice. Hands free/Blue-tooth phone capabilities and plenty of room for luggage and 4 people to stretch out in. We liked having the tuck away 3rd row seats. Leather seats made for easy cleaning. Overall, the van performed better than expected.

Cons:

Matt was nice, seemed overwhelmed at the time. The lobby was full, it was spring break, and the van I was to get was not able to be cleaned yet. Matt asked me if I wanted to wait. I declined and took the van as is. He gave me a free car wash voucher. We walked through the pre-rental and took pictures of the exterior of the van. Minor knicks and dings (standard where and tear on a 50,000 mile vehicle) were noted. I spent my 1st 2 hours cleaning out big dog hair from the last customer and wiping down everything. I was not mad nor did I call to complain.

You let me book with debit card but when I went to pick up vehicle the information online and the actual customer service rep was not matching and unclear. I missed my own job interview due to the misleading information from reservations to pickup.
