Cons:
Felt very rushed when picking up the car, was asked to sign a sheet saying there was no existing damage before I even got to see the vehicle I was getting. When I did see it, there were multiple scratches and dents to document. Also the inside was dirty with purple drink stains all over the back.9.6 Wonderful

Pros:
The person at the desk at the location in Downtown Indianapolis was very helpful. When we weren't able to leave the garage, she came out to help. When we were returning the car she stayed on the phone with us so we could navigate the confusing parking structure. She also gave us great tips on where to visit and which roads to take/avoid due to scenery or road maintenance.10.0 Wonderful
