Ten days in advance, I paid and reserved an SUV for noon on 9/26/2020. When I arrived at 11:55am, I was told they had no vehicles available. I was told to come back later (2 pm) and they MIGHT have a car available then. Poor customer service. I had to change my plans and wait to pick up a vehicle from another company the next day as well as pay for another rental. I was told to call the Hertz customer service line to get a refund. I called and the representative told me they had no cars available at any of their locations. I requested a refund, I was told I would be refunded and emailed within an hour of the receipt showing the refund. That never happened. I am now disputing the charges with my credit card company.2.8 Poor

Cons:
We reserved a car about 3 hours before we needed it (emergency situation) and when we arrived they told us there were no cars!? If there are not cars, do not allow people to make reservations thinking they have a car! We would have gone somewhere else. Awful.Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Pros:
The staff was friendly. Had to track someone down when it came to drop off...told to just leave the car with the keys in the ignition. They were too understaffed to do an inspection with me there. I understand the times are tricky but....Cons:
I was given a quote for $265.00 and when I picked up the car, I was told that they would just email me the charges and was told the same when I dropped the car off. I later discovered a charge for $470 on my credit card without being sent one email confirmation/declaration of the charges. I have contacted Enterprise to try to resolve this matter.9.6 Wonderful

Cons:
Enterprise policy meant that I could not use a card for payment that I had used at other rental companies. It was a Paypal business card that can be processed as a debit or credit card and I had used it just last summer at ACE rental with no issues. This really threw a wrench into the works and I had difficulty making other arrangements. The person I was dealing with was courteous but refused to even attempt to run my card as a credit card as I do on dozens of occasions every week. It was very inconvenient. The gentleman did allow me to return the vehicle without filling the gas tank for our trouble, but it was still a great delay and inconvenience.8.4 Very Good

I like that the car got up and went. It was very spacious. I also loved that it was great on gas milage.Cons:
The car had a little kick to it. I hated the car smell so I had to get a air freshener for it. The smell just made me sick to my stomach. Because it was cold out it did something to the attire pressure.7.6 Good

The larger, short lady was extremely unfriendly and having a . very bad day. She would not discuss the final billing with me. I turned the car in 24 hrs later which was one hour later due to time zone switch and she wanted to charge me extra day.9.2 Wonderful

Even though I had checked in online the attendant told that I was late and that I was lucky I didn't lose my rental. Even if I was late and they didn't receive my online confirmation there is no need to tell me that. Besides it wasn't like they had a line of people waiting for cars.10.0 Wonderful

The car was great but they didn’t give it to me at my quoted price. I had to call customer service and am still trying to fix it.Cons:
Horrible pickup experience!Waited an hour past my reso for the ONE worker to clean a car for the renter ahead of me, rent it to them, check in another group who just wanted to extend their rent, then go back to the garage &clean/vacuum the car I would be renting! Again, she was the ONLY PESON THERE!10.0 Wonderful
