Did get the rental
Pros: I was disappointed no rental reservation. I lost the email. It was unprepared

Expected better for the price
Pros: The car itself was fun and decent but we were expecting something a little classier for $140/day. Benz or BMW was promised until the booking was finalized on kayak. Suddenly it was a Holden RS6 of better - only matters because it was our last day in Aus after a great trip and it was meant to be surprise to my gf for our final day driving to the blue mountains
Cons: Car was gross inside like it had near never been cleaned (could be becuause it was old and had about 60,000 kms ok it. tried to call the store on 2 occasions.. one because I wantedt to swap the car because the value wasnt there and inform them of how gross so I didn't get charged. And again.. because our flight was delayed almost 8 hours and we wanted to get a new rental. Or at least a better deal to keep it... nope, another 140 for less than 8 hours

There is always a problem picking up from Red Spot counter in Sydney A
Cons: Wait at counter, confirmed car seemed different than booked car. When I asked to change I kept on getting contradictory information from counter agent, and quoted prices continued to change by the second, and it seemed to me I was being up-charged. Uncomfortable, difficult, unprofessional presentation. This is the second time, maybe third, this has occured at the Red Spot counter in Sydney.
