Pros:
car was ok. Location service was unusual. First time asked to provide insurance proof(did not have). Settled for name and coverages. Also first time that I had to agree to a $200 advance deposit. Why?Cons:
Check in was ok, although not very professional. Return was a big disappointment. Placed was closed(Sunday) however nobody told us they would be closed. Took a while to read a sign that said to drop keys on side of building. Walked around until we found drop. Had planned to have staff order us a cab, but no one there. search online for a taxi took four phone calls. Next day (Monday) I get a call from Jackie that they did not find the keys. I told her I had dropped them as instructed and she said they were not in the drop. She said she would look for them. It is now 3pm and I have not heard back.10.0 Wonderful

Staff on-site was friendly and took care of me. They compensated me for the issue I had with the vehicle.Cons:
When I called the office I was met with somewhat of a cold shoulder and kind of dismissed because he had a "lobby full of people". My issue was basically that the car was terrible. Every single speaker was blown and sounded terrible. 6 hours being in the care with no radio...suck.10.0 Wonderful

The staff member was friendly, the pick up and drop off were easy and so convenient. We had never used this location before and weren’t even really aware the location existed. We will definitely use this location again. Value for vehicles rented was excellent!Cons:
We rented a truck to move our son. It was a bit dirty on the exterior and the bed of the truck needed to be swept with debris. The debris was minor. We cleaned it ourselves. Otherwise, the interior of the truck was spotless.10.0 Wonderful
