Pros:The price was reasonableCons:You get what you pay for. The van did not have a TV, power doors, the rear windows did not let down, and no rear back up camera. The staff was also unkind.Reviewed 11 Oct 2016

Pros:Nice people, easy process. We were renting a van for a road trip and they let us our car there for a week while we took our trip in the rental. It's close to where the airport used to be, not so much to where the airport is now, but we weren't flying into town so that didn't bother us any.Reviewed 22 Aug 2016

customer service lies!!Cons:The employee at pick up was told that I was denying the insurance because I bought it online when I paid for the rental. I don't know if it was a mistake or not but I had to pay more at pick up and she said that it was a deposit and that it would be returned to my account upon drop off. When I dropped off the van I was told that it was for insurance and it would not be returned. I am still trying to get my money back for that through there 1-800 number.Reviewed 8 June 2016

Excellent Service, but Bad AdvertistingPros:The folks who helped me out were wonderful, the van itself was in excellent condition, but the state of the outside of the van was quite dirty. It was really very personable, and kind and gracious customer service (I sometimes feel like a number in the system with rental car companies). I was disappointed that I had to ride in a car for 15-20 minutes after getting to the airport terminal. I was in town for 8 hours, and so it was very important I didn't waste time by travelling to an off-airport site for a rental car. It said 'in the terminal' for advertising, but its not near the airport at all.Reviewed 1 Mar 2016

Value, but that's itPros:Price Correct VehicleCons:Vehicle was not clean on the inside. There was dried up skittles in the cup holders. There was too much dried up buffing wax on the outside, where the location personnel tried to buff out scratches. The vehicle kept reminding me to change the oil every time, I turned it on. This was clear as scratchy engine noise was evident each time I accelerated.Reviewed 17 Feb 2016
