First and foremost when I arrived there, they did not have the car that I reserved and instead of try to accommodate me, they tried to give me a minivan. It was for my son’s eighth grade ball. I reserved a Tesla or something similar but a minivan to accommodate me. No no apology was given or anything I never reserve or rent from them again.Reviewed 25 May 2024

On pickup the agent informed me that despite my reservation request for a small car, the ONLY car she had available was an electric car. I did not want this. She told me she had no other cars and basically our conversation was over. I persisted and ten minutes later she came up with a Dodge Ram pickup. A real gas guzzler. The first car to which I was assigned smelled terribly of cigarette smoke. I had to go back to the counter and wait in line behind several other customers to ask to be assigned to another vehicle. The representative, while not very pleasant and certainly not apologetic, did give me another vehicle, which was not very clean. The vehicle (Ford Escape) performed fine and then the drop-off on return was quick and easy.Reviewed 24 May 2024

The amount stated for booking was tripled at pickup, so Kayak never actually gave me a deal on my rental. I will NEVER recommend Kayak for deals, you guys don't make deals on price only book the vehicle.Reviewed 24 May 2024

I liked that I was able to get the vehicle fairly quick. I didn’t like the first vehicle I was offered had a huge dent across the side of the vehicle. It was smashed in, in my opinion, shouldn’t be able to be rented.Reviewed 24 May 2024

The pickup process could be easier. No indication as to where to go to find the car. Asked a lady who pointed us in the general direction. Then had to manhandle our suitcases up stairs because of no elevator or ramp. People running the rental lot were less than welcoming. Car was adequate.
