E wry thing was tops. From check in to return. Chris was awesome. He explained everything. He Showed me the features of the can. He Gave me his hours in case I needed anything. Just really extended the customer service. I’d rent here again. BRAVO!!4.0 Mediocre

Pros:
The staff was very friendly and went above and beyond taking care of my rental for me. When we were doing the walk around to make sure everything looked good, we noticed there was some bird poo on the side of the vehicle and they said they wanted to give it a quick wash for me before sending me out in it, which I though was very nice of them to do that, even though they didn't have to. I have rented from different Enterprises around the St. Louis and St. Charles areas, and this one has been by far the best.9.2 Wonderful

Cons:
I paid for a Chevy Impala or similar. When I went to pick up the vehicle they gave me a Chevy malibu. I showed my proof of purchase and they said that it is Kayaks fault. Kayak false advertise and they could only provide me with a Malibu and unless I pay a premium I would only get anew Impala. RIDICULOUS!!8.0 Very Good

Cons:
I booked a car at one location for a specific price. That location was going to be closed so they sent me to a different location that wouldn't honor price. After many phone calls and much yelling now I have to wait for a refund of the money I was over charged. A nightmare10.0 Wonderful
