Staff were friendly. One-way travel and central location (not airport) were great.Cons:
Car wasn't clean (food and spilled drink under seat), body had a number of dents, scratches that weren't documented. I booked an economy car and was given a choice between two fuel-inefficient cars for a long drive. Expensive because of one-way travel.5.6 Fair

Cons:
Kayak and Hotwire gave me a deal for a vehicle that doesn’t available. I made reservation on the web side for a full size sedan but ended up renting a full size Suv since there it’s the only option left they have. The price was much higher than expected also, $ 300 increased compare to the reservation. In short, these third parties website does poorly in updating the availability of vehicles.2.0 Poor

Honoring my contract price for starters. Everyone had a different time for the store to close. If I wanted it the next day you wanted to double the price. Fortunately there was a real person at the Alamo at the airport, and she matched the rate for the same period of time. And even upgraded the car.Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Pros:
The CSA tried to give us a car with 1/4 tank of gas. She said she tried to make the other customer refuel it but had no luck. As I'm not familiar with driving around downtown Toronto I refused to take the car because we werror driving to the US/Canada border to ho shopping. We evendors explained this to the CSA. She gave us another vehicle which wasn't cleaned. It took ages for someone to put wiper fluid in the car. When I received the keye there were Doritos all over the front seat. Otherwise the car was nice to drive and employees were friendly2.0 Poor

The rental was cancelled because when I got there the agent produced an invoice for well over $200, including a $50 surcharge for dropping off the car at a different location, which was already supposed to be included in the original bookingCons:

Rented a Chevrolet Impala online on 17 May for a ride on June 18 for USD 57.64. Ended up paying USD 84.16 for a Nissan Altima, with the minimum insurance option and all other relevant Canadian taxes and fees. The Car Rentals page that Kayak directed me to, never gave the full picture of my options. One should be made full aeare of his optios before engaging in a contract. Just showing the tip of the iceberg and misleading customers is simply not fair...Thrifty

I showed up and my booking had been scheduled for the wrong dates and had already begun and finished before I arrived for pickup! I didn't receive a call or anything about the mistake. Friendly staff. The office was not obvious at first. It doesn't have the look of a typical rent-a-car location. But, it is also not as busy as a typical location. The car was new and clean. Also, the gas tank was full (I really hate it when they tell you to bring it back at some level less than full.)Cons:
