they could answer the phone and be more responsive. they said that they would provide a charger when i called central reservations (since they don't answer the phone at the location) and they said yes, when I got there it was not the right charger. Also the car smells of smoke, no one answers the phone when I call to sort it out. Very disappointed.

It was straight forward, but the instructions/ process was never explained to me, and I had to ask about every detail of the contract to get an overview of what im liable for. also the car only has 3rd party insurance and its an extra 30$ a day to get the car insured outside of that

Terrible! They didn’t accept the booking and so wouldn’t let me rent because I didn’t have a Canadian credit card. Indeed, im not Canadian so why would I have one? Do they not rent to tourists? Non-sense…

They charged me more saying that the rates are different from online and argued with me that they can not provide the car to me based on my online booking and they are not responsible for kayak booking.

Rude staff, also they charge extra 12$ for parking which doesn't make sense since you are not using their parking, just picking up the car and dropping it off. They could be more imaginative if they want to add hidden fees.

Pros:

Staff were friendly. One-way travel and central location (not airport) were great.

Cons:

Car wasn't clean (food and spilled drink under seat), body had a number of dents, scratches that weren't documented. I booked an economy car and was given a choice between two fuel-inefficient cars for a long drive. Expensive because of one-way travel.
