Pros:

Staff was good but the car wasn't clean. They hold 4 times the rental car money on my credit card. So I was not able to use that card for a while.

Cons:

Don't hold too much money on the card.

Had an amazon experience. Staff was helpful, friendly, polite. Car was spotless and fantastic value! Over all I literally for the first time had no complaints about a car rental company location! I’ll be back for sure.

The young men are always so pleasant and welcoming.all my experiences have been just great

Cons:

Only one experience where the car had the after remains of smoke but the reason for that was I too was a bit late and that was the only one I felt comfortable in that day.(had nothing t do with them and if they knew...knowing them over the last little while they would have done otherwise)

Found an old water bottle in the car so wasn’t cleaned very thoroughly but it’s a new car so wasn’t visibly dirty. Pick up and drop off was super easy, no hidden fees, accepted that I had insurance through my credit card and didn’t try and sell me any. Staff was kind.

Everything went smoothly. Would like to have been able to change to an awd on the day but it was not available. Not their problem and turned out the 2wd suv was fine in snow anyway. Friendly guys at pick up and drop off and very fast service.

Pros:

Folks at pick up were very pleasant and excellent at recommending a vehicle for my long drive. I went with their suggested Ford F-150 which I would have never chosen-but it turned out to be an awesome ride! Thank you!

Cons:

Could not process me at drop off...had to go back to the counter to be checked out-unfortunately there was a massive line at the airport counter which was time consuming.

I booked through a third party. My car was supposed to be in terminal. It was not. I would’ve had to take a bus or taxi to pick up. Budget does not have shuttle service to off terminal rentals. I ended up paying $100 extra. Service was good and I was upgraded to a better vehicle. Budget was good. Third party booking was not so good.

How could I rent a service that I didn’t have access to? I mean I could have robbed a car since the employee wasn’t even paying attention of what I was doing (btw the tour I did with the Audi while your employee was telling me: « just pick a car and go to the office they will help you » was very fun). 1. Impossible to understand where is the entrance 2. It looks like an abandoned parking 3. They close without informing you and let you come with a booking to tell you « sorry we cannot give you a car ou manager left » 4. Their employees lie, they told me they couldn’t give me a car because the manager has the key to open the parking door, 10min later I see them opening it. 4. Employee tried to intimidate me by coming closer to me and start to be agressive, which didn’t work of course. To conclude, don’t go there

Misleading Kayak add; prices much lower for off-site shuttle pick up with other rental agencies. Chose Budget because mid-size car at price of economy and showed address as same road Airport is on. When arrived, price increased $200 if wanted to pick up in airport. Too tired to argue after trans-Atlantic flight.

We made a reservation to pick our car up for 5pm on a Sunday, showed up at 5:03 (from the airport) and there was no one there to give us our car. I understand that we were late a couple minutes, but if you know you have a car going out would you not wait to give the car? Even wait 10 minutes?? Ended up having to go back to the airport to get a vehicle. Do not accept a time to pick up a car is no one is going to be there to give the car out.

Was a good car, they didn't clean it before giving it to me, and when I went to return it the found "new damage" on the car, which wasn't obtained during my rental time, and now charged me 1500 to fix it. Wouldn't rent from there again.
