Pros:
The CSA tried to give us a car with 1/4 tank of gas. She said she tried to make the other customer refuel it but had no luck. As I'm not familiar with driving around downtown Toronto I refused to take the car because we werror driving to the US/Canada border to ho shopping. We evendors explained this to the CSA. She gave us another vehicle which wasn't cleaned. It took ages for someone to put wiper fluid in the car. When I received the keye there were Doritos all over the front seat. Otherwise the car was nice to drive and employees were friendly2.0 Poor

I had to get a car from another company. Waste of my time making this reservation and the price was too good to be true - there was literally no car to rent!Alamo
