Customer service was excellent, all staff were helpful and attentive even during busy hours. Rental car was clean and worked well, though a strong cigarette odour lingered. Otherwise great experience!

Cons:

When a call to confirm the reservation for a pickup truck at 10am by Enterprise is made and I arrive at location at that time, the vehicle needs to be there. Not, "We're sorry but it's not ready, can you wait another hour." It's okay though, Discount truck rental right next door was able to help me out.

Pros:

Everything was smooth and friendly both at the pick up and the drop off. No complaints at all about the car and the service. i would definitely use Enterprise at the Toronto airport again :)

Cons:

The cost of the convenience of using the airport site was pretty steep.

The car wasn’t ready when I arrived. I had to wait more than half an hour, but they upsized me (medium SUV instead of midsize) and knocked a few bucks off the price.
