The staff were excellent!! They went above and beyond to accommodate me with my request. They were very friendly and welcoming. I would and will recommend this location to others. And I will definitely be renting from them again in the future. A special thanks to Garry and Alicia they were amazing.

Nice car but had to ask to change the first option they gave me, because I ordered a full size and they wanted to give me a smaller one. Ultimately they gave me a full size and was perfect for my needs.

Had to wait more than an hour after reservation time because they had no vehicles. It wasn’t properly cleaned. And only had 1/4 tank of gas.

Car had strong odours that were acknowledged by staff. I needed car for 2 weeks but wasn’t given any alternatives or compensation for obvious smelly car.

I was robbed of my money Hertz canceled 2 hours before pickup time and I cant get back my $776.74 to date. I cannot get anyone to talk to.

I arrived to the car rental facility and they didn’t have cars, even with my confirmed reservation. Very poor service. The attended was also rude when I asked for a solution. Very bad service. Had to pay a taxi to find another way out

Although the lady at the front desk was nice and helpful, in the end we had a smaller car than the one I had booked. Not the most comfortable ride. Wr had to wait a couple of hours to get the car.

Hertz's staff at this branch are friendly people. The car was very clean and smelled good. The pick-up and drop-off process took just a few minutes.

Pros:

The gentleman I dealt with was so kind and friendly. He also had the car running, seat heaters and steering wheel heaters on when I went out, so it was really enjoyable getting into and yaing the rental.

Cons:

Nothing. It was an enjoyable experience.

Pros:

The guy at the front office guy was helpful considering the lack of cars at the location. Tried to be as helpful as possible.

Cons:

Gas wasn't full despite being marked "full" on the contract. Unfortunately i noticed only after i left from the rental place. a rip-off of close to 20 bucks. No-one checked before handing me the keys. This after waiting for almost an hour for the car

Guy was very amenable, and apologetic.

Cons:

Vehicle was out when I arrived, two hours after my pick up time! They gave it to someone else and I had to wait over 30 minutes. Car had clearly been smoked in regularly, and I couldn't see through the film inside the windscreen driving into the sun. Very dangerous!!
