Pros:
The staff was very friendly. I rented a Jeep Wrangler and received a Honda CRV. I would not have mentioned it, but it was specific that it was a Wrangler to enjoy the environment on this vacation. Our flight was late, so they cancelled the Jeep and gave it to someone else after two hours. Nowhere does it say after two hours your car is cancelled ( I would’ve called if I knew this information). They did not call to confirm.10.0 Wonderful

We waited over 1 hr in line for this car. Then they gave us a cat and then said, oh no you have to wait another 30 minutes for another car. This one is rented! -1 1/2 hrs wait to leave Thrifty. We missed our dinner RSVP. Terrible service at the counter. terrible!10.0 Wonderful

Friendly and efficient personnel. The car was ready and clean I got there and with in 10 - 15 minutes I was on my way.Cons:
The hidden charges were brutal I was expecting to pay what I booked from the web site but I end up paying almost triple the amount. even though the Enterprise rep. went out of her way to gave me a discount I felt the price was not reflected at time of booking.2.0 Poor

They allow you to reserve a car on the weekend but don't let you know that they're closed! Had to go with another car rental! All was make sure you make 2 reservations In case this happens to you. That's what saved me!Sixt

That particular location did not have an airport shuttle, the shuttle took me to another location where I had to take a cab to the correct location, which was a total drag since I was coming from the airport.Cons:
