It would have been nice to have a way for us to get to/from the airport other than a taxi, Uber, or Lyft (need some sort of a shuttle). I don't understand why the "airport location" can have a shuttle, but this "satellite location" can't. I also don't understand why it costs an add'l $20-$30/day++ to rent from the airport location since it is all "Hertz".4.0 Mediocre

The staff was absolutely amazing!! They woman at the front seriously helped me and walked me through everything I needed to know, and informed me of each added on expense so there were no suprises. She had empathy like no other and really made sure i was taken care of. The young man whom I returned the car to was very nice and made sure I a ride home before returning the vehicle. Honestly the best staff you'll ever meet!Cons:
Ace may have a lot of loop holes when it come to added om expenses, which is probably expected from renting, I had placed too much faith in a reliable range of reasonable additives, but it was a little crazy in that regard. The price you pay on kayak should be the only expense.Sixt

We are very rare car rental shoppers. Overall the service was what I would expect to better. Car was clean and received upgrade when vehicle we reserved was not available.Cons:
Received damaged vehicle which we brought up to agent. She said they knew and it was documented on our rental, but I think it should have came up immediately when we got the keys. Also required $200 refundable deposit? Not sure why, they had our credit card info and we did purchase insurance. Had to wait multiple business days after rental to have deposit refunded.10.0 Wonderful

The opportunity to choose a different color of the car. We had a new Mercedes Van ( which was perfect) by we lived by the sea and Black was not so ideal for us.9.2 Wonderful

We showed up at the rental location and they did not have our SUV or anything similar available. They said they would put us in a wait list and call us IF one becomes available. Completely ridiculous. We're a family of five and just left us stranded. I called head office and they said there was nothing they could do for us because they are franchised locations. This is the second time Enterprise has done this. Kayak should remove them as a supplier.2.0 Poor

I didn't receive the car I had reserved, there was no car for me to pick up at noon, when promised, asked if they would call me when my car came in nobody called. I finally went there all they had was a downgrade car so I took . I was told that the manager would call me on Saturday, which she never did, The car I received from them had mechanical problems 5 minutes after I received it but they had already closed long story short ended up at the airport and finally at 7pm I was given a car too small subcompact, from an SUV original reserved to that. The 3rd person in our group was smashed in the backseat with the luggage. Very disappointed with enterprises and want money backAvis
