Jetta was very nice. Staff helpful arranging transfer of location from in-town to airport.Cons:
No receipt at pickup and none in my in-box the following morning. Would have liked a receipt at turn-in. I would have appreciated directions around massive construction project. 30 seconds with a map would have been helpful rather than just handing me a map8.0 Very Good

Pros:
I loved the service. I had been caught in construction related traffic along the way back to the franchise and was 15 minutes late after closing time. But I called Enterprise Rental and referred to me to their sister location and they were able to help me return the van with no extra charge.Cons:
Suggest to be other aware of sister franchises in case of office closure.10.0 Wonderful

Pros:
Personnel was friendly and gave us a choice between 3 cars. Which were already ready to go (I’ve had to wait a long time for a car to be cleaned before which delayed my trip). There was also a discrepancy between the price they gave me and kayak’s price. When I showed them my email confirmation, they immediately changed the price back and gave me another 5% off for my troubles. I never have issues with Enterprise and I wasn’t disappointed at all.Cons:
