My online car rental reservation process was smooth and hassle-free. However, upon arrival at the airport and visiting the Europa booth, we were met with a concerning issue. No staff members were present to assist us, even though we arrived just before their official closing time of 10:30 pm. We patiently waited for their arrival, but when someone finally showed up, there was no acknowledgment of our wait, and no sign of apologetic behavior. To our astonishment, we were informed that we had to pay an additional 35 Euros due to our supposed late arrival. This experience left us deeply dissatisfied with the overall customer service provided by the company. Regrettably, we cannot recommend using their services in the future.

they delivered the car even outside the hours but charged for that

Cons:

shity car, got the car that was not promised - toyota vios vs proton Car wipers not working and gets some wierd alarm every now and then. no option to upgrade and requests denied both from cartrawler and europcar.

Last minute informing for additional deposit of rm800.during returning car the boy mention 2 weeks lead time to return back the deposit but now changed to 3 weeks. Very disappointed.

The car was not available during my pick up. I was handed another car (smaller) and required to pay again eventhough the booking made earlier was fully paid. Now i need to wait 20 days from QeeQ.com before i can get my refund. Car is new with 37k KM mileage. Cleanliness is average.

Pros:

We rented a car from KL to with a Penang dropoff. Ahmad was great to work with and, when a booking error arose, did not hesitate to tackle it on our behalf. Drop off was straightforward and easy in Penang. Coordinated with Fernando and Zaff came to pick it up where we're staying for the night. All in all a great experience!
