Cons:

We were very disappointed that some crucial information is not shared with the customers. We were not informed that every kilometre has an additional fee. We were renting a car just for one day and the overall price ended up being twice as much from what was promised on the day we picked up the car.

Clean small car.

Cons:

The staff seemed annoyed when asked to assist on driving the car from its parked location in the garage which seems obstructed by another rental vehicle. Car was an automatic, but it was not explained that the car can also be placed in a manual mode. In the USA a car is either one or the other. Ok

Pros:

Car was great! Clean and very modern with all the latest security features.

Cons:

At the pick up station they didn't check the car for damage. The place was dark and I didn't realize that it had a huge scratch. I had a hard time explaining the whole situation at the drop off location and had a lot of stress on my first vacation day due to that.

Pros:

I waited 2 hours at the counter waiting for my turn to process my previously made reservation and pick up my car until I finally could not wait any longer (hungry, thirsty, and tired after a long flight) and had to call a relative to pick me up at the airport.

Cons:

More staff, better customer service, at least a waiting lounge with snacks and water. Or get out of the business and do something else.

Pros:

Staff was great. Difficult to find drop off, as the GPS sent me to a different place. After going around in a circle twice, finally just drove to the terminal and looked for a "rental car" sign. Suggest that all rented GPS have the proper drop off point in the future.

Cons:

The van advertised said it was big enough for 7 people and their luggage. The van at pickup was fine to seat 7 people, but had almost zero room for luggage. Had to go up a class, and it was nearly twice the price. Wish I had know this upfront.

They use an electronic check out process that is easy to use with friendly staff to help you through the process. The car was clean, had a full tank of gas and was in great shape. I would use them again with pleasure. Side note, there are many toll roads in Portugal and the option to use the electronic billing to pay the tolls is a must have.

- Agents were very nice and had a lot of patience - Car was very comfortable and economic - The dropoff was very quick and the agent once again was very nice

Cons:

- The waiting time was insane (almost 2,5 hours) to have an agent available to pickup my car. - Even with reservation the agent needs to call to someone to see if the car is available - It's not very efficient

He staff members were competent and professional.

Cons:

The original car supplied was smaller than expected for the category. I had to upgrade to fit people/luggage and the upgrade cost was almost as much as the original rental. However, the upgrade was minimally larger and definitely not worth double the cost. That situation was/is infuriating.
