Pros:
I selected Detroit Metro Airport. The rental pickup was in downtown Detroit with no Airport pickup. I had to take a cab to my hotel!Cons:

Cons:
The Hertz location is grossly understaffed. The employees are disgruntled. There is no queue which means I get into spats with customers over who was there first. The vehicle had been smoked in and was filthy upon pickup9.6 Wonderful
