The process was extremely fast... we honestly weren’t expecting such a swift and friendly experience and atmosphere. The young man who helped us on the pick up day actually didn’t have what we wanted in stock and gave us a nicer vehicle at the same price. Thanks Enterprise team!10.0 Wonderful

The ease of drop-off and pick-up in Cinci was great with an online booking. The agent there helped advise me on the right size car with good fuel efficiency for my long road trip. The car was just what I needed except for the overpowering fragrance from cleaning? Previous renter?Cons:
The AC broke an hour and a half into the trip. The St Louis airport was the only location that had a replacement on a Sunday. This location was understaffed, had long lines, lacked clarity among employees about protocol for exchanging cars. Our experience there put us back 3 hrs on our drive.2.0 Poor
