The flight was fully booked very hot and there was no room for hand luggage. I was surprised that there was not much leg room for such tall people. My seat mate barely had room for his hand luggage and had to put his feet and knees in front of my seat. Crew was a bit brash considering a full flight and late departure because of it.

The flight was pleasant with landing and take off being very smooth. Toilets were a bit busy at times but crew was very accommodating. Food service was quick and hot. The connecting short flight was full and there was not room for hand luggage.

Didn't care much for the food but maybe that's just because I'm American and the food was very European. Would have liked a second alcoholic beverage service in a 7-8 hour flight. I was offered two wines to have with dinner though and should have accepted both. I didn't realize they would only offer alcohol once. Lights were never turned off in the cabin for sleeping. Flight was delayed several hours with zero explanation from SAS. However, the flight attendants were fantastic. We were traveling with a friend who needed oxygen and they were very attentive and helped him throughout the flight. That was greatly appreciated. The pillows and blankets are great. Gift bags with toothbrush etc so nice! This was our first time traveling Premium so alot of perks we were used to getting! The flight was smooth and I loved watching the planes location on the seat screen and being able to watch movies etc. overall it was great I would definitely recommend SAS to anyone and hope to fly with you again sometime.

We were not aware that the check-in counter didn't open until 8:30 am. We arrive at 7:30 for our 10:30 flight ending in Chicago which is standard time allowance for international flights. I guess because the flight stopped in Copenhagen it was considered domestic? Anyway, would have been nice to know they didn't start check in until 8:30am.

Food was excellent and plentiful! Cabin crew seemed to truly enjoy their job. Interacted with passengers with a friendly nature. Very pleasant flight

Check in folks were very helpful. Hardly any wait at any point in the process, when we had heard that morning flights were crowded and difficult to get through. Crew was also very happy and kind to passengers

Considered to be the largest airline in Scandinavia, SAS has its headquarters in Sweden and flies to over 123 different destinations throughout the world. If you will be flying with this airline, you can choose from three different travel classes, referred to as SAS Go, SAS Plus, and SAS Business. SAS Go provides standard amenities, such as free drinks, a hot meal, and the ability to use the airplane’s entertainment systems, while SAS Plus will give you access to an airport lounge before your flight boards, a comfortable seat that provides additional legroom, and the option of priority boarding.

SAS is a founding member of Star Alliance, an airline group that is composed of many international companies, including Air Canada, Avianca, and United Airlines. The company also has codeshare agreements with several other airlines, such as EgyptAir, Lufthansa, and Swiss International Air Lines.
