Excellent 10.0
Pros: The staff was incredible. They went above & beyond to make our stay nice & help us organize our trip.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: The staff and rooms were great.
Cons: The location was kind of from downtown
Excellent 9.0
Pros: A delightful hotel with very attentive staff who made our short holiday very memorable.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Stunning hotel with rooms overlooking a beautiful pool and garden, set in a location that allows easy access to temples. The staff couldn't be more helpful and polite, and the food and drinks were delicious! Didn't want to leave!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Excellent hotel, staff were fantastic
Cons: Beautiful decor, fantastic staff short drive to all the wonderful temples. Would love to visit this hotel again.
Excellent 8.8
Pros: Lovely garden and pool Excellent restaurant Very friendly and attentive staff
Cons: Room behind reception slightly noisy
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The staff at this Cambodian-owned independent hotel are the best thing about it. They are well-trained to look for attention to detail and are always courteous and helpful. The same goes for their sister property, the Sokkhak Riverside Spa, where we had a wonderful massage package. The breakfasts are excellent, and the one dinner we ate at the hotel was one of the best meals we had in Southeast Asia. We also took advantage of the hotel's tuk-tuk service, which is reasonably priced to provide a driver for the day around the sites of Angkor Wat.
Cons: There are a number of small alterations I suggest to our room - e.g. extra seating inside the room, not just on the balcony, and better lighting for reading - but there were no problems that made our stay unpleasant.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Staff is really hospitable, professional and very friendly! Nicely decorated rooms and great breakfast, including very tasty coffee!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Perfectly located just between the town and the temples. The tranquil pool, above and beyond service and its commitment to sustainability make the Sokkhak Boutique Hotel a perfect stay.
Excellent 10.0
This is a great hotel, very conveniently located in a quiet area, close from the city and close from the temple. Staff is super friendly, rooms are really nice and comfortable. Best experience in quite a while !
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Friendly, attentive and courteous staff, clean and well appointed property, lovely bedroom, great food, small pool but ideal for what we needed
Cons: Nothing!
Excellent 8.5
The service levels of the staff were just amazing its so very friendly. I would highly recommend this property for stay in Siem Reap. The hotel was in a great location for getting to the temples. We enjoyed the breakfast and also the dinner menu at the hotel restaurant. Sokkhak Resort is a very comfortable hotel with quaint designs. The pool is amazing. The rooms are brilliant it was stunning. The bed was very comfy, bathroom facilities was very nice. We took advantage of the SPA services as great. Overall we would definitely stay there again.
Excellent 10.0
Great small property and very helpful staff. Location was a bit out of town, though not a problem as it is easy to find a tuk tuk either at the hotel or in town. Only one person on reception when we were checking out it took longer to check out than expected. There were also drinks on our bill that we hadn't ordered. Unlike other hotels, there didn't seem to be a process for signing off drinks to be charged to the room.

Excellent 9.2
Pros: Beautiful grounds and villas make for a peaceful, tranquil environment away from the busy town. The staff were friendly and service very good. Food and drinks superb, and the bar terrace for sundowners was wonderful.
Cons: Nothing. It ticks all the boxes!
Excellent 9.6
Pros: Very unique setting. Stunning and sensational!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: There is not one flaw that I could point out. An absolutely divine resort that has all of the important small details thought out and catered for.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Everything. My only suggestion would be a night light in the bathroom.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: This place is a dream. The rooms and the resort are perfect and the food absolutely delicious. Most importantly, however, is the staff super friendly, forthcoming, helpful and kind, from management to waiters, to housekeeping, to gardeners. We felt truly welcome here and would love to come back one day.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Amazing property
Excellent 9.2
Pros: Beautiful property, impeccable staff, excellent location. Special recommendation to SOM, the driver, super professional, efficient, polite and courteous.
Cons: Do not be fooled by the reasonable room rate. Anything extra of the room rate is extraordinarily expensive. Massages at 120 USD, pizza at 18 USD, Dinner for 2 at 76 USD, 4hour tour with at 250 USD.
Excellent 10.0
The concept of the hotel is designed to look like a traditional Khmer village. The property is very beautiful and tranquil. Each of the villas is spacious and private. There are a number of small touches that make this property unique - including the vintage bicycles provided to each villa and the dedicated tuk tuk that will drive you to and around the city. While we stayed in a pool villa, we often used the main pool in order to have F&B service. Unfortunately, we found the service at the pool area (and in the restaurants) a bit underwhelming. For example, we were not even offered water when we sat down (which is a given at any true 5 star resort) and the service was not proactive at all. Nevertheless, the staff was very friendly and were clearly trying very hard to exceed expectations. Overall, I would say this is the place to stay in Siem Reap.
Excellent 10.0
The adjectives that have been used in prior reviews paint a picture of an oasis that is truly unique. Phum Baitang is magical, immaculate, peaceful, beautiful, special, and all those other descriptives that better writers than I have used to review this lovely resort. Indeed, there is little more that I can say that could possible encourage future visitors to Siem Reap to decide to stay here. As this was my first trip to Siem Reap I did a great deal of research on where to stay. Initially my instinct was to be in the center of town. However, I was unable to find a hotel that offered the convenience and the style that I hoped to enjoy. As I researched more, it became apparent that we would be spending much of our time travelling via tuk tuk in order to cover ground around Angkor. When I came across info on Phum Baitang, I saw that the hotel had its own set of tuk tuks that could be used for a cost to travel back and forth to central Siem Reap. I also saw that the hotel looked like something really special. Travelling into town was no big deal and returning in the evening was like coming back to our own private Nirvana. Yes it is expensive; however, if this hotel were in Thailand or Bali it would be far more pricey. In my opinion, our stay was worth all that it cost. I have no qualms with recommending Phum Baitang. In fact, I told friends of ours in Bangkok that when they travel to Siem Reap in the Spring that they would be foolish not to stay there. The other glowing reviews are spot on. This is a wonderful place to stay, and I wish I could return and enjoy it again.
Excellent 10.0
This hotel is perfect in every way. Aesthetic, staff, cuisine and location. I have no complaints whatsoever. The property is spacious and tucked away from the busy strip of hotels. The rooms were large and well appointed in rustic luxury. The pool area was tranquil and beautiful. I could have spent hours at the pool every day. The restaurants offered great cuisine and wines at a reasonable price. Aside from seeing Angkor Wat, temples there is simply no reason to leave this lovely oasis. I wish i could have stayed longer just to relax here. The staff seals the deal. Everyone was so warm and engaging. Mao, in particular, was wonderful. He was pleasant and always smiling. He was happy to assist whenever he could and always did it with a smile. This is a wonderful place to stay, and I wish I could return and enjoy it again.

Excellent 10.0
Pros: The size, the bathtub, the pool, the staff. All was faultless.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Stepping through the huge wooden doors of Cambana d’Angkor Suites is like entering another world, one far removed from the hustle and bustle of Siem Reap’s busy streets. It’s a stylish, beautifully maintained oasis of calm which provides an ideal base for exploring the historic - and nighttime - attractions of the city and beyond. Awesome Angkor Wat is a relatively short tuk tuk journey away and, on the opposite side of the tracks, the famous Pub Street is just a few minutes drive. The suites themselves are beautifully appointed with individual balconies while the delightful staff could not be more helpful and friendly.
Cons: Nothing.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The rooms were spacious and loved the fact that the shower was open at the top and not totally enclosed. The bath full of flower petals was a lovely touch. Swimming pool was perfect after a long hot day at Angkor Wat. Room service was great. Front office staff helpful booking a birding trip.
Cons: Cocktails were not great but nice to be able to have one in the room!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The best hotel in Cambodia....... Just perfect from start to finish, we loved our stay and the staff were wonderful.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: As surprise, they deigned our room (201) for our honeymoon! Very clean room Very kind staff- good for stay 3-5 days! Super delicious breakfast ! Great coffee and great food - even cheaper and better quality than downtown restaurants! Don’t miss it! Very nice menu!
Cons: -Location is best - 13-min TukTuk from city center and 30 min from Ankle wat- At night you can hear the busy street noise! -Staff service a litter bit slow
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Such a beautiful hotel! The staff are so friendly and helpful, they will go the extra mile everytime! The pool area is lovely after a hot day exploring the temples. And the food is just amazing! Our favourite hotel from our whole trip. 100% recommend this lovely place!
Cons: Nothing.
Okay 5.2
Hotel ok for young couples. Not suitable for family. No gym. Very small TV that has issues. Cockroaches was found in the room. Staff sleep on the swiming pool bed meant for guests. The pics looks nicer than reality. You will find better hotels at same price.
Excellent 10.0
We booked the Royal Suite and certainly were not disappointed. The only downside is that we were on the top floor, 3 floors up every time , with no elevator, but besides that, fabulous unit, very spacious, great service, very much enjoyed the extensive breakfast choices, although the pool was small, really enjoyed our afternoon swims, and the service was great. Highly recommend this place.
Excellent 9.2
Beautiful facility. Helpful & kind staff. Far enough from the bustle to be a quiet oasis, but close enough for easy access to everything. 100% would rebook.
Excellent 8.8
Pros: The most friendly and helpful staff, beautiful pool, clean well appointed room and the best breakfast. A free tuk tuk to Pub Street after 4pm every day. The staff also arranged a private taxi to take us to the Cambodia Thai border. Loved staying here. Con: the water pressure isn't great.

Super charming, relaxing little Hideaway in Siem Reap. Lovely rooms and swimming pool plus blissfully quiet. Very attentive nice staff. My only small gripe is the badly positioned air-conditioning and wonky glass doors but really nothing to worry about. Will definitely go again.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: The food was excellent, the owner super nice, the building style beautiful. Organising tours was easy and flexible. The pool was on,y for us most of the time, wonderful. Pricing for extras was good. The beds were good.
Cons: The local music sometimes at night.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: ORGANISATION FOR TRIPS AROUND ANKOR Driver Service
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Very quiet, feels like home Staff is very helpful and nice tips for travels
Cons: Nothing
Excellent 9.2
Pros: Beautiful accomodation & rooms, the pool area & garden are stunning. Tasty breakfast.
Cons: Its a bit expensive, but a very good experience. The centre is a bit far away, but by tuk tuk you’re there in 10 minutes or so
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Location, layout and pool
Excellent 8.8
Pros: Charming, peaceful, small hotel. Friendly and attentive staff. Good food and cocktails. We had a great time here. The Hotel’s Tuk Tuk Driver took us everywhere so location not a problem. Lovely big rooms.
Cons: Dining in in the hotel was good but pricey.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Hotel was beautiful! Staff is so friendly and accommodating. Airport pickup and drop-off made it super easy. Both Breakfast and dinner were great! You get loads of fruit and pastries on top of any eggs you may want to order. We needed to be close to the airport as only there for 1 night - so ideal for that! Would not be able to advice if it was convenient to go to Siem Reap centre from there.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Very nice accomodation in a beautiful setting. Nice staff, good food, delicious breakfast. Spacious and very clean rooms. We had a wonderful time, thank you!

Excellent 10.0
I had a great time during my 3 days staying in this hotel. All the staffs were smiley and very helpful; they deserved 10 points/10. The food at the restaurant were yummy; and the breakfast buffet was also delicious.
Okay 4.0
Pros: The room inside is too simple and old, isn’t worth the value, considering the amount of money I paid for. Wish it could be more modern and use better products. Also, can’t find any people when I arrived at hotel, I had to scream “hello” for assistance.
Cons: Room
Excellent 10.0
Pros: We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights during covid 19 period. Staffs were so friendly and caring. We found Nuy who speaks good Japanese and Sor who organized bicycles and restaurants for us exceptionally good. The Resturant gave us comfiness and provided authentic Khmer food and high level western cuisine. We decently come back here for next stay in Siem Reap.
Cons: Everything was great
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Nuy our buttler was amazing, made the hotel all the better and everyone we met couldn’t have been more helpful
Cons: Plunge pool wasn’t really for use it appears
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The staff went beyond expectations, they were providing us with excellent service. The rooms were spacious, the food was really good and the activities were the highlight of our stay. Warmly recommend it!
Cons: We loved the rooms, the restaurant had excellent breakfast and other dining options. It was great to be able to lounge at the pool after a day of activities. We were close to the downtown area and it was easy to get around.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: From staff to ambience and hotel facilities - everything was just so nice. I had a really relaxing stay at the hotel. The transport arrangements to the city center and the daily evening sweets were a nice gesture. They also even went beyond buying a new basket for me outside when I told the reception that I wanted to buy a new one. The amazing hospitality of the staff just made me feel like home.
Cons: Nothing really.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Friendly and nature
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The service is absolutely excellent. Best so far. The room is spacious and has everything you need. Little treats left in the room after each turn down service and free minibar
Cons: Slightly remote location from Siem Reap centre
Excellent 9.2
Pros: The staff are what makes this hotel so special. They went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable and pleasurable as possible. The spa team deserve particular praise. The rooms are a decent size and the restaurant for breakfast and dinner was very good.
Cons: I expected more green spaces given that this is referred to as a “resort” hotel.
Excellent 9.2
Very professional and caring staff. It begins already when Saroem picks you up from the airport! Very good man!! All the staff is excellent.

Excellent 8.0
Pros: nice location and friendly staff
Cons: bed was too hard for me
Excellent 8.0
good for money
Excellent 8.0
Pros: We got the Copa Cabana room which is so worth the extra money, opens up to the pool, the room is really big and we got an extra bed as its three of us, the extra bed was very proper, not those fold up beds I was expecting. The pool is really nice, saltwater, very clean, as were all the seats around. Highly recommend this hotel if you just wanna chill
Cons: a little far from the city.
Excellent 9.0
Cons: More hot breakfast options would have been great.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: This is our second times to stay here. The staffs are nice $ polite especially Thany of reception and Ram of restaurant.
Cons: The breakfast need to improve if possible:—- 1. Not enough of items in 5 stars hotel. 2. Food is often not added to the empty food containers if you don’t ask. 3. The black suit gentlemen always not polite and no smile.
Excellent 9.6
Pros: Good breakfast, friendly staff, large room, they actually provide a large van to go to airport and not a tuk tuk
Excellent 8.3
Pros: Very well maintained, with a very good team taking care of the guests. Rooms are nice, with wooden interiors giving it a rich classic feel.
Excellent 10.0
The building was delightfully kept up. The room was open sufficient and calm within the night. Found a brief distance away from the airport but not noisy indeed in spite of the fact that it was on a main street. The restaurant on location had delightful choices that were sensibly priced. Huge room and a big and great bed. The fridge was full with cold drinks. The AC may be a must, and my AC did its work in a great way. The hotel moreover incorporates a spa, massages was exceptionally great, It was great after a long day going to the temples to have a great massage. Pool was really nice, A nice and cool temperature. Enough sunbeds to everyone. The pool bar is also good.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Very nice stuff, very careful and polite. Airport transportation included. Nice lobby with life music in the evenings. Very close to airport and 15-20 min distance to Pub Street
Good 7.5
Pros: The place is really nice, the staff is friendly and good location.
Cons: We had an issue with our room, the toilet was not working and we had to spend 1 night in that room before they moved us, so after the inconvenience, besides the apologies for the inconvenience nothing else happened. We had to do late check out due to our flight and had to pay an extra night, however the room was not cleaned. If the late check out was cortesy, then i do undertand but having to pay an extra night and come back to the room the way you left it, was not ok for us, also we did not get any more tea nor water in the room, even with the extra night paid.
Excellent 10.0
The staff works like a private concierge service to assure you have a memorable trip. They always smiles and welcome you whenever you meet them. We did not have to worry about anything while we were there; very appreciative of the service we received. The hotel provides free shuttle services to the center 3 times per day, but anyways a tuk tuk will only cost you $3-4 one way and it's a 15 minute drive. Rooms are a good size with beautiful furnishings. Great facilities including a lovely large pool and relaxing spa. We also particularly liked the Stopover lounge providing a wee haven before departure. Everything is great. It's very clean, breakfast choice is good and the staff are amazingly helpful.
Mediocre 2.0
Cons: the room that i booked was taken by another customer when i arrived at the hotel. the staffs just apologised and told me to get myself the refund. they wouldnt let me have any rooms, saying that it was already full.
Excellent 8.3
Pros: Angkor Miracle Resort is a 4*-Plus hotel by my book. The staff members were very courteous and accommodating. My group stayed in a pool-facing room which was clean & spacious. Restaurant (breakfast & lunch), pool & exercise room were decent. For the price we paid, Angkor Miracle was a great value. However, we will more likely stay in another five-star hotel closer to the park in the future.
Cons: More discreet guests may find the bed and linen comfortable but definitely not comparable to Heavenly Bed by Westin or alike. We also spotted a small cockroach in the bathroom - but not something we considered unexpected. While Siem Reap is a relatively small town, Angkor Miracle is considerably further (extra 10-15 minutes each way) from other hotels to the Angkor Wat park.

Excellent 9.6
Pros: Very nice and friendly staff.
Cons: A little far out from the core of city. Didn’t really matter because of the cheapness of rides.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: The staff were exceptional, the hotel was clean and to a very high standard!
Cons: The breakfast could be a little more westernised and no fruit platter in the room as stated on the booking!
Excellent 8.8
Pros: A serene boutique hotel which provides plenty of amenities for its guests
Cons: Noisy guests who banged doors and not considerate of other guests
Excellent 9.6
Pros: The spa and staff were lovely. The shuttle bus was a great way to get into town and back.
Cons: I usually prefer a more centrally located hotel.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Service was very good. Food was good as well. They have a good wine selection. Hotel also has a very good shuttle service.
Excellent 9.2
Pros: The hotel is very oldie worldly, with dark wood features , and is really nice , it offers spa , massages and a lovely large pool. It’s comfortable and has WiFi is very clean and the food is lovely. The staff are really good and can’t do enough for you.
Cons: Drinks and food are a little pricey, and the shower didn’t get hot , just warm.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: From checking in to checking out this Resort was tremendous! The hotel staff always went above and beyond whenever I asked a question and/or needed something from them. Highly recommend this location for those visiting Siem Reap!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Everything was perfect and excellent.
Excellent 8.8
Pros: The staff was friendly and went out of their way to be helpful and accommodating. Most had a reasonably good command of English.
Cons: My room safe was broken and it took a couple of tries to get a person who understood the problem (language barrier); once accomplished, it was taken care of immediately. Room faced front of the hotel and there were trees outside the window. These trees are a stopping point for birds at 6am and again at night - hundreds land on the branches of the group of trees and mske quite the racket. I needed to be up early for tours, but if I had wanted to sleep in, it would have been jmpossible. They leave after 10 minutes or so - so not prolonged.
Excellent 10.0
Convenient to the airport and nearby sightseeing. A complimentary shuttle service to the downtown area is provided by the hotel. Gorgeous property with an Olympic-size swimming pool, outdoor bar with a breathtaking landscape. Great spa with massage, sauna, and aromatherapy. Nice gym, but unfortunately, had no time to use it. Sumptuous breakfast buffet with an outstanding crew of chefs and servers. Food was plentiful and offered both Asian and Western style for all palates. What makes this place special is its outstanding staff. Upon arrival, they were helpful, attentive, courteous, efficient and addressed all of our needs promptly. Special praise to the manager Bun, as well as Grace who worked the reception desk in the evening. She was always smiling. We were treated Royally like its name implies. The Royal Angkor Resort earns our vote of confidence. Excellent rooms, warm hospitality, and an overall pleasant away-from-home experience.
Excellent 10.0
Stayed here for 2 nights during our visit to Siem Reap and our tour of Angkor Wat. The hotel is ideally located as it is 5 minutes from the airport, 15 minutes from Angkor Wat and 10 minutes from the town center's Pub Street district with it's numerous bars, restaurants and markets. The hotel provides an excellent free return shuttle service in and out of Siem Reap and drops you off in the heart of the tourist area. The hotel itself is beautifully furnished in the traditional Cambodian style and has a wonderful calming, friendly feel throughout. We stayed in a spacious, well appointed room on the top floor (fourth) with a balcony overlooking the swimming pool area. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We ate in the hotel's restaurant for lunch and found the food freshly prepared and tasty. Once again, the service was excellent. The only negative aspect we found was the breakfast experience. Breakfast is served in a different restaurant next to the pool area and predominantly caters for the Asian palate although there are a few western style dishes available. Yes, I do appreciate that the hotel is in Asia , but the choice and quality of western dishes were poor and not what one would expect in a 5 star hotel. The hotel appears to cater for the South Korean market and during our stay we had six coach loads of South Koreans arriving at the same time on both days of our stay. It may be worth bearing this in mind if you are looking for a relaxing , peaceful meal at breakfast followed by a tranquil relax around the pool.
Excellent 9.5
Attentive staff, great outdoor BBQ with temple dancing display. Lovely pools.
Excellent 9.7
Pros: best hotel i have ever stayed at for the money. the rooms are extremely comfortable, the free breakfast in the morning is great it has a lot of western foods. The pool is awesome.

Excellent 10.0
Pros: the food was very delicious
Excellent 10.0
Solo traveling during COVID has its perks! A hidden gem.. honestly. If you want to melt away in a quiet poolside bungalow, listening to the sweet sounds of chirping frogs n' geckos and not scooters, this is the place. Great staff, English speaking. Great food, Khmer style. Khmer-light for me, I'm guessing. Newer pool, clean rooms, great access to Siem Reap, Angkor Wat, and the Land Mine museum. A great stay for a fantastic price.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The staff, the decor, the food, and the room were as good as it gets! Not the cheapest place but for what you get the value is outstanding, and the staff and their service are just as you would expect in Cambodia - wonderful! Also, it’s closeness to Angkor temples makes it the perfect relaxing getaway whilst exploring the limitlessness of what Angkor has to offer. Please support this great business and amazing people!
Cons: Outside lighting is needed past sunset, although for those wanting an early night, it really brings out a tranquility that is much needed for those wanting to see the grandeur of sunrise at Angkor. Dislikes were minor, the good bits immeasurably outweigh the negatives, which as you can see are a testament to the great hospitality that you get in Cambodia! Jol Muy!
Mediocre 3.0
Pros: The pool looked ok and clean unfortunately did not have time to use it.
Cons: Although warned about families 6-7 dogs they were noisy at times and were allowed to urinate in the reception area.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: We loved the property because we felt like we were in the jungle. The food was delicious, the breakfast was excellent as well. You can pre-order your meals if you like. That worked well for us a couple of times. The rooms are good with a mini fridge and a small area out front with two comfortable chairs over looking the pool area. We were in C5. The staff is very friendly. It is about 15 minutes into town with a tuk tuk so really not that bad.
Cons: The place could use a bit of general maintenance on the walkways & around the pool. They have ~6-7 small dogs around that like to bark. One afternoon there happened to be a lot of power sawing going on next door to the pool; which was quite disruptive. They apologized profusely and said it was not in their control, was the neighbours. The next morning, loud music (they like their music very loud here!!) started up at 7:00 a.m. (again out of their control) That night there was a wedding in the area with chanting and music which ended by 9:15.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The hotel have a list of transportation plan for tourists, with clear price on it. They also helped us to get tuc tuk to downtown, with fair price. The location is close to airport and tourist sites, which allowed us to sleep for 20 more minutes everyday :) The service is great, staffs are really thoughtful.
Good 6.0
Pros: lovely breakfast , friendly staff, nice and quiet place to stay
Cons: The pool looked a lot bigger in the advert
Excellent 8.4
Palm Village Resort and Spa is a great holiday experience. Set in a tropical garden, everything seems natural and earthy. The staff, particularly Nga at reception are so ready to help with everything. The ambience is homely as the owners 4 small dogs greet you on arrival and are happy to be patted at every opportunity. Our bungalow even seemed to come with its own resident, very affectionate cat. The location was also a bonus, quiet and peaceful away from but tuk tuk distance to Siem Reap and only a very short tuk tuk ride to the Angkor temples. Don't be alarmed by the bumpy, unmade road as you near Palm Village, we thought our taxi driver had taken a wrong turn! however, it actually adds to the unique charm of the resort.
Excellent 10.0
It is a little way out of town so you need to take the Tuk tuk which will cost a couple of dollars, but we thought well worth it for the feeling of being in the beautiful Cambodian jungle. We were stoked when we arrived at the resort with the most delicious welcome drink and then walked around past the super gorgeous pool area and to the cutest thatched massive room. The accomodation was spacious and comfortable. Lovely design felt in the middle of nature. They have a spa and the massages were absolutely divine. Perfect if you want to escape Pub Street. Friendly staff, always smile and really helpful in giving advice of traveling and help book tuktuk.

My trip was during Angkor Wat marathon.. over all in hotel is good. But the last day I check -out they charge me for the drinking water. 1 bottle. Which is I suppose to get from the hotel 2 bottles/day And I find out that the day I check-in the staffs did not give me the complimentary water. So what I drank it’s FOR SALE!! (Only 2 bottles in room at first day without any notice) ) what should I understand for that??? Common sense it must be for complementary!! Quiet upset but don’t wanna spoiled my day so I paid . And leave the hotel with not happy in the end of my stayed.

The hotel got beautiful interior and a massive swimming pool.. Staff is polite but they not very helpful maybe because of the lack of English Breakfast its not the best, very basic like fir 5 stars.. Room was ok but bathroom need some serious upgrade.. Also prices at the bar well to high, that's way they don't have costumers

Excellent 9.0
Pros: Great facilities and Kind
Cons: Breakfast service and food not so smooth~
Okay 5.8
Pros: It is very close to the airport. It seems that the pool will be nice in the future. Staff do what they can in order to help but unfortunately is not enough.
Cons: My experience here was bad. Terrible wi-fi connection. No pool service due to a private event. Old Bedroom appliances. Water leaks from the shower.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Average food but brilliant staff
Cons: Food
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly , the rooms were amazing and we got an upgrade - the food was exception pool was amazing we loved it
Cons: They are building a new pool which was no hardship but will be great when finished
Excellent 9.0
Pros: The breakfast was phenomenal. The staff was exceptional and rather helpful. The facility was awesome. The gym and sauna were exclusively available as there was nobody else there.
Cons: There was only one plug working in the entire apartment... 3 guys one plug. We had to take turns to charge phones, computers, cameras, etc. Although, that is not acceptable for a 5 star resort everything else that good that we never complained.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Comfortable stay with feeling of athome.
Cons: Friendly staff
Excellent 10.0
Pros: - good value for money - excellent staff - good location
Cons: - furniture were old fashion and chairs were heavy
Good 7.0
Pros: I enjoyed the swimming pool a lot. The size, pool side cabanas, and the bar food & drink service is so good. The staff are always friendly.
Cons: This hotel is too much focused on Chinese group tourists. I could hardly see individual travelers. Breakfast has not much choices for non-east asians; no cheese at all, limited choices of bread, no plain yogurt, cold coffee without any flavour. The location is close to the airport, but far from almost all activities and shops. You have to take Tuktuk whenever you go out. What you can see in the neighborhood is only same type of hotels for group tourists. Seems like a little over-rated, when it comes to the value.
Excellent 8.0
We stayed in the superior room. The room is clean but the air con is a bit noisy. It was the old design style. The breakfast is buffet but there were a lot of guests on the day I booked, so limited offer. The pool in the picture is under renovation & only the pool at pacific resort is available but no kid pool.

During breakfast time, there are many people are waiting for table and food. And there is no hot water for shower. The overall is acceptable.
Good 6.4
For someone who like quiet and dark place. It's a bit dark at night.

Over crowded, one single room stayed upto 7people. No, hot water, air-con couldn't be adjusted the temperature. Room service never answered my calls. Noone tidy up the room even we had requested many times.

Things were back to normal after the two days crowd.
Good 7.2
The place is big enough to get loss which the pool with mini bar at the center loss stunning. Breakfast and facilities are very acceptable. Good recommend for next trip
Excellent 10.0
This is an incredible property, exuding luxury and khmer culture. Fantastic staff and value.
Excellent 8.5
This hotel is very large and extremely pretty - it is similar to a little resort. Beautiful pool area and the rooms were very spacious. The staff made our trip to Sokhalay very special, they were so friendly and genuine. Very noisy in the room when it rains due to the tin roof that is the shelter to move around the ground floor. It may affect the soundly sleep of the guest during rainy season.
Excellent 10.0
Best experience with lovely resort.
Okay 5.6
Pros: very nice rooms
Cons: I am not sure about the real price but the hotel quoted a price to the center that was more expensive than from the airport to the center.

Pros: The breakfast was as expected, the usual buffet and with plenty of fruit. The bedrooms were comfortable and the bathroom great. Staff were all friendly and very helpful. Pool was a lovely break from sightseeing. The tuk tuk driver was very obliging and took us round all the temples over two days, and at a very reasonable cost, even picking us up at 4.30 in the morning to go to see the sunrise over Ankor Wat.
Cons: The hallways to the bedrooms were long and bare, which made them uninviting. A few pictures on the walls at least would make a lot of difference.
