Definitely none. Vehicle was not at the agreed location confirmation.Cons:
Besides vehicle being in the wrong location confirmed, the agent tried to give me a standard truck instead of a premium. I rent often with Hertz or Enterprise primarily and am usually satisfied. I chose not to take the rental this time. VERY DISAPPOINTED !!! Waste of my time...9.6 Wonderful

Switch and betted me on Hybrid car! I ended up with a car with 10480 miles and rear end damage on it, instead of a brand new one with 600 miles as promised!10.0 Wonderful

Signed up on Kayak for a Wed-Sat rental but the rental place is closed on Sunday and there's no after hours drop-off so you have to pay for the sunday and ruin your monday morning to get the car returned...8.0 Very Good
