The pick up location (And drop off) were not at the airport, but at a remote location that required us to Uber to that location from the airport for an additional expense.Cons:
Hertz itself was fine, but Kayak should have highlighted that the rental location was not on the airport property.8.0 Very Good

Cons:
Final billing. In the final bill email, I was charged the weekly rate for the daily rate and had to rush back to the rental car desk to get adjusted after I had gotten to my airport gate. I could not get a person on the phone to help me and had to go back in person. It was stressful.9.6 Wonderful

Had to pay $10 extra for a vehicle that better suited our needs, just felt that the vehicle I reserved was closer to the one I had to pay the upgrade fee on.. aside from that it was a great experience.2.0 Poor

Pros:
The pick up in San Jose was convenient and the agent was friendly and accommodating. The first vehicle proposed had a nail in the tire that I spotted and so another vehicle was provided. It was clean and new.Cons:
At drop off in LA, I went in to confirm the cost and my reservation documents were date-stamped. Agent said that the amount on the documents would be honored. I later received an email receipt with a much higher billed daily rate. I am still sorting this out with the company.Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Jekyll and Hyde... As I entered the building all 4 employees sprung from their chairs to welcome me. It was weird, but a nice gesture. I returned the car and was met by a pissed off guy who was just a dick. I won't use enterprise again.Cons:

Cons:
I could not extend the car for two days despite my contract stating my rate for extra day. Extortion rates given to me by Customer Service. Even had one customer service rep. insult me knowing you guys do not monitor him. He put me on indefinite hold. Never lost my cool. Simply asked a question. His reply, "this is not Mac Donalds" and "Find a Lawyer" After noticing my contract had a extended day rate. Alamo wanted close to $500 for the extra two days. I used Uber to get back home. Again never argued or lost my cool.10.0 Wonderful

It was not clear when I made the reservation that the car pick up was not at the airport. I would have needed to take a cab to pick up the car and also to drop off the car. I canceled it and just used a cab to get where I needed to be.Avis

They did have availability of the van. Ran well.Cons:
wrong address was provided by Kayak. They gave us 15 seat passenger van with zero cargo space. They did not even tell us about this upfront. Also i had to wait 45 minutes at the rental space for them to finish cleaning up, and they changed the rental vehicle at the last minute. Van was not fully cleaned.
