Pros:
Staff picking up car was OK. Returning car Staff, assistant manager was great and apologized.Cons:
We rented and paid for a Chrysler 300 or silimlar like Camry and instead we got a small KIA Forte which is not similar. The KIA was too small for 4 adults adults 69 to 75 years old and was very hard getting in and out of this smaller car which made the trip less enjoyable. Felt like they should have upgraded us to a similar car which they said KIA was but said they would upgrade us for $120 more which was ridiculous. Happy with Kayak but unhappy with Sixt. The vehicle was very clean and was ready on time.Cons:
The location of this Sixt is terrible and took forever to find. The address listed is not where the location is, it’s actually around the corner. And the parking lot for the vehicles is a block away. For pick up of vehicle with a bunch of luggage straight from the airport, this is incredibly inconvenient and I’m very glad the lady offered to get the vehicle for me. And at least there is a guy in the lot that you can drop the keys off with so you don’t have to walk back to “check out”.5 locations in Barnum West

Cons:
The woman who serviced us upon arrival was very rude. Especially, with the drop off. We were supposed to do a key drop off box. The place suspended that activity and never let us know. There was nowhere to leave the car and we didn't know what to do. She must have seen us from a distance since the office was closed and came over to ask about us. Her response was well today is your lucky day. not, I'm sorry for the inconvenience we should have contacted you telling you our policy has changed nothing.2.0 Poor

Our rental was cancelled as we stood in the parking lot after driving over an hour to get it. It would have been appreciated if Enterprise could have gotten ahold of us before we got there or planned better in order to have enough cars to cover their rentals.2.0 Poor

Nothing. I guess it was simple to cancel the rental when I called hertz directly.Cons:
Called the location 24 hrs in advance to let them know my plans changed and I needed the car two hours earlier. They said it would be fine. Show up next day and no cars available. No solutions proffered except to wait another two hours. Was told "we can't make cars" in reference to lack of cars. Awful communication and zero customer service. Never again10.0 Wonderful

I didn't like anything about my experience using kayak in order to facilitate something that I could go into the corporation itself and have to pay the middleman or deal with this aggravating process of explaining why it is that my experience has been less than satisfactory at least half a dozen emails have been exchanged no resolve has been found and all anybody can tell me is sorry....at bestCons:
The fine line that your company uses to hide behind the quote unquote release of information in regards to company payment policies of your multiple sublets no information was given as to whether or not they were restriction policies regarding said payment method through aforementioned company and no resolve was found in any reservation booking fees in the reimbursement to me never again will I use a search engine to attempt frankly anything and it's a sad State of Affairs that the majority of people today prefer having somebody else do their thinking for themOne location in Barnum West
