I booked on line for a 6 PM pickup in Norfolk and paid in advance. Unfortunately for me, the Hertz facility closes at 5 PM so there was no one there, they could not be reached, and there was no car available.Payless

Nothing this place is a joke do not rent a car from anyone other than hertz or enterprise. These people will run you through the ringerCons:
Everything, no counter in the airport, finally get to the offsite rental place and it’s closed..... every single other car rental place was open except these jokers. Kayaks office is closed they were no help. Payless says I need to call kayak, kayak says I need to call Payless. After the run around for 5 hours on the phone I went and rented a car from enterprise for cheaper and much better customer service. Stay away from kayak and Payless car rental.Enterprise Rent-A-Car

They tried to charge me for the upgrade without me noticing. Also tried to add an extra fee without me noticing. Price for rental cars have gone up and it’s annoying as it is4.4 Mediocre

Was charged $200 for collision damage I did not opt into because I paid for insurance through my reservation and through my own private insurance. Will never rent from enterprise again. Had a better experience with Budget and Avis.7.2 Good

We ran around between 2 locations because no one advised the same information which resulted in one teservationnbeing cancelled and new one being created, also after confirming and leaving the office I was called back being advised I was given the wrong car and had to come back. There should be more staff on hand to assist customers. Those that were there appeared to be trying help the increasing line of people. The representative who helped me appeared to be trying to do his best under difficult circumstances.Cons:
I did not get the car I booked and the one I got had not been washed. After going through the car wash I could see quite a few dings. The inside has an odor and there is/was sand or dirt on the carpet and paperwork from previous customers. It is also out of windshield wiper fluid.10.0 Wonderful
