$533 Find cheap flights from Bogotá to Madrid

I expected the plane to be as the one I took from manaos to Bogota and unfortunately it wasn’t as nice, the sits didn’t recline and there was not onboard entertainment.

i was charged $140.00usd for my backpack the only luggage i had was my backpack

More than 3 hours of delay and not even a snack was given.

Seat space was terrible no food on a six hour flight

Boarding was very expedite. The chairs are fixed you can't rest comfortable during the flight.

No comfort at all. You should add at least 1 meal or a bottle of water. I wanted to buy one sandwich and everything was gone.

The temperature was cold and the food that we had to pay for was awful. The crew didn’t even offer a free glass of water. It was a long, expensive and uncomfortable flight.

Discomfort has become a feature in Avianca flights. That isn’t terrible on short, local flights (most of them 1-2 Hrs)… but a 7-Hr flight with no water, no coffeee, no nothing (unless you buy it) is just not right. Uncomfortable seats, almost inhuman space between chairs, in long-haul flights needs to be reviewed by airline. And unavailable entertainment system doesn’t help either. Flight was safe and on-time, which isn’t easy to achieve. But all other features aren’t features: they’re a modern way of torture. Avianca really needs to up their game, or bluntly declare: we’re an ultra low-cost airline, and fees will drop accordingly.

No complimentary snacks, food, beverages (even water) blanket and pillow on a 6 hours long flight (economy comfort). A low form of nickeling and diming. Lost a recurring pessanger over a soda. Will never fly Avianca again.

My flight was cancelled after a 7 hour delay. I am awaiting a refund.

Disappointing. Had to pay 70 euros for one checked bag. Transatlantic flight was cramped, not very comfortable

Pretty fair for the price of the plane ticket. Food was poorly, but overall was a ok experience for a super long flight.

Good. Madrid to SFO was way better than ARN to Madrid. Mercifully, the seats to Madrid didn't recline. So although there was no leg room, your knees didn't get crushed

Overall was good except for the seat which, for an 8 hour intercontinental flight, was uncorfortable. For that kind of flight seats should have more space, even for economy seats.

Needed more info on connecting flight. Late flight made very short connection. Lost luggage that we still do not have!

Seats comfortable on economy plus and attendants very helpful. Food was ok. Bathrooms needed servicing.

Thankful for 2-4-2 economy seating. Food was ok. Free beer & wine in economy was nice. Served hot dinner, mud- flight snack and pre-arrival ham sandwich. Seat with pillow & blanket. Reasonable movie options. Overall, a good experience. IBERIA APP is terrible terrible terrible.... needs to get upgraded to equivalent of TAP Airlines App. No option to bid or request an upgrade. Very disappointing.

My luggage did not get to my Miami destination/home. I am waiting for it 24 hours later.

i paid accidently for a second bag instead of a golf bag (Eur 40 instead of 50) they would give me credit when i tried to change the second bag from a regular suitcase to a golfbag. The comment was "you made a mistake, your problem"

It was NO entertainment, the screens were not working for anyone. The food was bad in taste, my chicken was hard. The seat in my case didn’t recline. A long and endless flight

Very BAD crew service They ignore at all any call for service . Very rude from the check in process to all the tripularion members in the fight .

The flight, the staff and the airplane were all fantastic. I highly recommend.

Boarding, crew and flight were very smooth and efficient. It was a bit difficult to understand the announcements on board, but it is a minor thing. What was quite bad was the very long time it took to retrieve the luggage at the Frankfurt airport.

Terrible app. Working off paper stickies for seat reservations doesn’t work anymore.

Impossible to check in via the App. Kept on getting emails offering upgrade. When followed through not available. Wasn't any food anyway.

Place above head to place the rucksack in is smaller than in other planes, so it needed to be located under the front seat.

Great experience, I just wish airline seats were more comfortable in general.
