Pros (+) Nothing - place was filthy and carpet was soaking wet. No ventilation as it was a basement room (not advised of this in reservation). Hotel refused to move us or refund any of the three nights (775 euros) I paid in advance. They have since ignored multiple attempts to reach them directly and Booking.com has also stopped responding to me.

Pros (+) Location is quite good. Although the road was a little bit noisy during summer nights. Staff was friendly and check-in experience was good. Room was clean.
Cons (-) One of the four beds had a bad mattress. Inside the family room on the 4th floor there is a very bright "emergency exit" light which cannot be switched off. The mirror in the bathroom needed changing.

Cons (-) The room seemed cramped and the stairs was very narrow with luggage especially, Location was a great plus. Very close to train stations, restaurants, park and museums. Issue with bathroom fitting was fixed promptly, front desk personnel were helpful.
