Pros (+) Really nice hotel, close to the metro station, and the staff is really helpful on WhatsApp if you need anything. The breakfast is not too much, but its a nice addition in the morning. Definetly would recommend it!

Pros (+) The communal areas of hotel and rooms themselves were very nice, in great decorative condition and clean. Interaction with staff was only via WhatsApp but always found to be pleasant. Access through all other doors using pin provided was straightforward but accessing our room was not straightforward and each time spent a long period of time outside the room communicating with staff to attempt to open door. Pros (+) Large, beautiful and spacious rooms with very high ceilings in an old building. A nice comfortable bed and sofa, a kitchen with a two-burner induction hob, a refrigerator and a microwave. Simply a wonderful location, literally two steps away from Checkpoint Charlie and the Koch Strasse metro station. A good garage and an excellent system for controlling all doors via codes and a smartphone app.
Cons (-) There was no radiator in the room and the air conditioner (AC) was not powerful enough to heat the large, spacious rooms.

Pros (+) Centrally located. Staff were responsive. The apartment was very neat & clean. Clear instructions about check-in process. Availability of street parking in the vicinity and is free.
Cons (-) The size of the room was a bit smaller than what was shown in the images. When asked about parking options other than the reserved parking, not much details were provided except Parkopedia link. I wouldn't say it was intentional, but just because of lack of knowledge as the staff are not directly located at the property and only provide online support.

Pros (+) Great location and quiet. Good size room. Everything was in working order and provided as listed.
Cons (-) I always prefer a reception as opposed to digital check-in, but I understand the convenience and cost efficiencies. It did work seamlessly.

Pros (+) Perfect location, so central a short walk to museums, bars and restaurants. Perfect for transport links with the U8 outside the hotel. I would highly recommend.
