Pros (+) The size of the apartment, everything is clean. The location very centered. The shower was great. The communication fluid with Silvia the owner.
Cons (-) The wifi did not work at all during the 5 days we were there and it was not fixed. Sometimes the cleaning lady did not clean up the room even though the rules was that you have to leave before 10 am if you want your room to be cleaned. There were days that we left at 8 in the morning and the room was not cleaned.

Pros (+) We kindly got offered a larger room than we had booked which was great. Good location. We just used it as a place to sleep which was what it is good for - rather than a place to unwind or relax in during the day.

Cons (-) The owner did not speak English. I did not get an invoice for my work. They did not clean at all during the stay, no changes of towels, not taking out trash. I would not return.

Pros (+) Clean, quiet room on an interesting alley. Location close to the old Castle was great. The view from my room was of a very old roofless stone "building" with trees growing inside. Very interesting!

Pros (+) Lovely and Cozy room. We were lucky enough to get an upgrade as well. The hotel is also nicely located close to the city center. Should also mention the highlight of our stay at the place which was the lovely housekeeper Antonela. She will take good take of everyone and brighten up your day.

Pros (+) The host Enrico was very helpful in letting us know where things were. The room was clean and very original in its decor.
Cons (-) We had booked B and B which is taken at a cafe round the corner. Whilst the food was lovely we were charged an additional ten euros by the waitress for toast - we questioned this and she said it didn’t come with our breakfast voucher? Perhaps it would be advisable to let people know their choice (ours - eggs, bacon and toast) will incur further costs
