Pros (+) Staff very welcoming and friendly always available to help. Service was outstanding. Building located with good views with all amenities within 3 minutes walk.

Pros (+) Majestic is a tradicional and very good hotel.
Cons (-) The only complaint I have is that the room smells musty. Maybe it was closed for a longtime. Humidity in Brazil is high and they have custom-made furniture that causes a bad smell due to the presence of mold.

Pros (+) Overall, a pleasant stay with very friendly and helpful personnel who really made us feel welcome. The service was a definite highlight.
Cons (-) On the downside, the sound insulation could be improved, as noise was noticeable both during the day and at night. The bathroom would also benefit from a renovation to achieve a more practical and modern style. Additionally, breakfast would be better with a wider variety of gluten-free options. With some improvements in these areas, the overall experience would be even better.

Pros (+) Location is excellent, right on the Beira-Mar. Rooms had fantastic views over the Beira-Mar. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was decent also.
Cons (-) The rooftop bar is not accessible throughout the week and the main bar was not open during the day. I don't think I have ever stayed in a 5 star hotel that doesn't have a bar open all day to cater for guests.
