Pros (+) We arrived hotel at nearly midnight. It was late so we didn't expect any reception at it was not 24 hours reception service even it was B&B. Automated check in was not great unless you are used to with. But Location was great as beaches are close nearby..
Cons (-) End up getting charged twice for the same room. Raised issue with hotel via booking.com messaging system within week after arriving from holidays. Still awaiting response or refund from hotel. I has to raise issue to customer service from booking.com as I have originally booked through them. They are now looking into matter. Hope I get refund of extra 140 Euro charged... I will never use this hote...

Pros (+) There are two B&B Hotel locations in Villeneuve so make sure Google Maps is directing you to the right location.
Cons (-) This is over priced budget accommodation with an automated reception and room key system. Very frustrating process to access the hotel lobby and then your room which is dependent on being able to access your email. And no-one available to help. After a long day travelling, this is not where you want to stay.

Pros (+) Perfect one night stay! Good breakfast and so friendly! Sunday travel means lots of stores are closed so I’m grateful this basic and convenient place is open! Self check in worked and is located behind McDonald’s with lots of parking.

Pros (+) Good location, walkable surroundings, private parking, cleanliness, very well used space for a very small room and good equipment.
Cons (-) Very small room, two people have to avoid each other. Disinterested receptionist who was mostly busy with herself. Night noise due to late arrival of some guests - last motorcyclist came at 00:30. There are ashtrays on the outdoor tables, constantly full of cigarette butts, which make the whole area stink.

Cons (-) Although our room had a sign on the door stating ‘no smoking’ it stank of smoke. Neither of us are smokers so struggled to sleep or get over the stench of our smoke filled room.
