Great location and staff were really friendly. Great selection of food
Duvets for the beds would have been nice as it was too cold with AC on and we couldn’t change the temperature. It was noisy in the room - I could hear next door snoring and always noise from the corridor.

It was very beautiful and relaxing
The toilet see was stained and the floor was dirty

Too expensive. Kept giving us dirty towels. Walls paper thin, could hear everything (including our neighbours explosive poos).
Location great. Travel network made it very easy to get around island. Comfortable room. Good variety for breakfast.
luke warm food when it came to the hot fare. Only one microwave available. Bathroom: sanitary system very loud from adjacent room.

Location was great, the pools are clean and well maintained the food is what you expect for a 3 star hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful especially with the children.
This hotel needs to decide which type of customers it wants staying there. It seems from the pictures and description that it is a family hotel but do not be fooled by that. We were a family of 6 spread between 2 rooms. The most sleep in one night we had was probably about 3 hours due to the noise levels coming from room parties going on around the hotel.
