Pros (+) The location was great, near the Natonal Theatre and the Royal Palace. Room/shower room was snug but clean, comfortable and perfect for our needs, very quiet too. Staff were friendly, efficient and helpful. Breakfast had an amazing choice of food and was delicious.

Pros (+) Good things: the pillows are better than most hotels, regardless of price. The comfort is very good especially since the space is not great - well done to the designers. I love the ironing room. All told, super duper.
Cons (-) I made a mistake with my booking (my stupid fault!) and the receptionist who informed me about this on the day, 12 Oct 2026 when I arrived really wasn´t friendly or concerned at all. I fixed the problem though but without her help. This is the first time I´ve met an uninterested staff member at your hotel though. Normally the staff are really nice.
