Close to the airport with a free transfer. Room was spacious and very comfortable. Bar area serving food until 1 am of which is useful when arriving on a late flight.
Nothing to dislike. As this was the end of the season then not all facilities were available i.e. pool. But having a walk around the grounds in the morning I would say this would be very nice during the season.

We had a fabulous stay at Hyatt Regency Thessaloniki. The hotel itself is fantastic, nestled in lavish natural garden settings. The room was very well organised, and we found it very comfortable, clean and immaculately maintained. Our special appreciation and thanks to Domna and Aris at the restaurant, and Michailitsa and Loukas at the reception for their unparalleled professionalism, natural friendliness and uncompromised helpfulness! Huge appreciation to the entire team. Great job! Looking forward to our next stay.

Staff was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Facilities were extremely well maintained. Room was in excellent condition.
Would have preferred if it were closer to the city center.

A stay at the Hyatt Regency Thessaloniki is more than just a hotel visit—it's a truly restorative experience. From the moment you arrive, the staff's professionalism and warmth make you feel completely at ease. The service is impeccable, striking the perfect balance between attentive and unobtrusive, allowing you to relax and unwind without a single worry. The hotel itself is a testament to sophisticated design and comfort. My room was a haven of tranquility. It was incredibly spacious, with a modern aesthetic that felt both luxurious and inviting. Every detail seemed carefully considered, from the high-quality materials used in the furnishings to the thoughtful layout. The space felt open and airy, a perfect retreat after a day of exploring. But the true star of the show is the pool area. It’s absolutely stunning, an oasis of calm that feels a world away from the hustle and bustle. The pool is expansive and beautifully designed, surrounded by lush greenery and comfortable sun loungers. Spending an afternoon there was pure bliss, a chance to soak up the sun and simply float away. And then there's the breakfast. This is where the hotel truly shines, showcasing a delightful blend of cultures. The buffet is a feast for the senses, offering a superb mix of international and local Greek delicacies. I loved being able to indulge in familiar favorites like eggs and bacon while also discovering authentic Greek yogurt, fresh pastries, and local cheeses. The quality of the food was exceptional, and it was a fantastic way to start each day. Overall, the Hyatt Regency Thessaloniki is a magnificent place. It’s a destination in itself, offering a level of comfort, service, and luxury that is second to none. The combination of its serene atmosphere, top-tier amenities, and genuinely professional service makes it a truly wonderful escape. I can’t recommend it highly enough for anyone looking for a high-class, relaxing stay.
Please beer in mind that review is an easy thing to do: to me the place is great and the staff is doing an amazing job. If I were to propose an enhancement: the fixed schedule for the pool (no kids at certain hours) should be reviewed. The world is vast, we are societies with old and young individual and should cohabitate together, there is more beauty to share a pool between old generation that to fix a time without (old/young). It is mabye a philosophical debate.
