Pros (+) I had a wonderful time, everything was perfect, but the highlight was definitely the availability of the host: they responded immediately and always very clearly. Would totally recommend!

Pros (+) that shouldn't call Luxury, i did by by that ,bed horrible, walls cover with durt, you need break your back to ger outside balcony, its so wrong, would recommend at all very brutal for that money, sleep was horrible, all was disgrace, self chevk in. hair dryer from.last century, no coffee just two horrible tea bags ,no no no nooooooo!!!!

Pros (+) The property was very well located just a 5 minute walk from everything in old town. There was a grocery store also that was at a 2-3 minute walk.
Cons (-) We had booked three rooms for 6 of us and each room was different. One the bathroom was extra tiny, one did not have blackout curtains and one was really tiny. The rooms were cleaned but none of the amenities in the room like tea etc were replenished and each room had different things lying - some had sugar some didn’t, along with that even the used cups were not changed or cleaned on one of the d...

Pros (+) The Metropole sits right in the city of Split and takes just a couple minutes to any restaurant in the center. It was clean and and the staff was helpful as well. We encountered a problem with the toilet seat in our room which was fixed very fast. So I can totally recommend!
Cons (-) There are a couple stairs up to the Metropole floor. To keep in mind. :)

Pros (+) Clean, quiet, close to the Old Town, nice and cool during the heat wave The bakery shop is down at the corner of the property with a variety of pastries, cakes, sandwiches and pizzas Very easy and smooth check in and out Instruction sent by the owner was very clear and simple
Cons (-) There is no coffee machine here but a kettle is fine

Pros (+) The location. Absolutely bang in the middle. Extremely safe also. Room was clean. Small fridge at bedside also. WiFi quick also. Would stay again.
Cons (-) For those of a reduced mobility. It’s a long climb up a lot of stairs. There’s no lift as it’s an op listed building. Only one key card per room which can be a bit of an annoyance. That’s the only gripe.

Pros (+) Location and size of rooms The manager was quick to respond when needed
Cons (-) Rooms 405,406 need new beds! The sheets on the beds are too small and keep coming off. Room 301 the bench at the foot of the bed was broken. The hall Lights go off before you have time to get up the stairs
