Good location, clean and tidy. Initially a good experience.
Myself and 18 friends stayed at the hotel for one night. A substantial boooking. On checkout day, I left a very expensive jacket in a wardrobe in the room and when I attempted to recover it was told it wasn't in lost property and Carlos would contact housekeeping. I've heard nothing since. The jacket was definitely in the room and only hotel staff had access to the room. The very least I expect from a hotel is honesty. This underpins all reputation a business may hope to build. As you cannot trust the hotel staff with your belongings, I would urge all travellers to avoid this hotel. We will look for an alternative booking when we return.
