Great location, staff where brilliant rooms very clean & comfortable also pool side staff were very helpful. Music & DJ's on the rooftop bar in the evenings was great !
We waited 40 minutes in a Que at the reception to get checked in and room wasn't ready , so that wasn't a great start ! Couldn't get checked in online ... our 3rd time staying here still really enjoyed it but think we will try something different next year for a change !
Amazing setting and designed with lots of thought lots of space, always clean, fantastic facilities. Bedrooms were lovely overlooking the pool and bay. Restaurants were fantastic too.staff couldn’t do enough for you especially the pool staff they were very attentive and even the lifeguard was friendly and got to know people and helped above and helped above and beyond.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the hotel was spotlessly clean, there was so much on offer at the buffet breakfast, the room was cleaned every day, fresh towels for the pool area and beach every day.
Our air conditioning started to smell like sewage, we reported it to the staff and they sent the maintenance team and they said it was fixed, but when we switched it on again it started smelling again, just felt like they fobbed us off as we only had 2 days left. also the prices of drinks are really expensive so take plenty of money.

Service was a little slow on the restaurant one evening but otherwise great!
Amazing hotel with a stunning view. The rooms were great, the amenities even better. The pool was great, and the rooftop terrace was gorgeous. The interior was stunning and the staff was attentive and super friendly.
