Pros (+) Excellent service from staff
Cons (-) Beds were low quality and not so comfortable. Breakfast choices were limited. This could be improved by offering eggs and toast facility. The packaged croissants were poor quality.

Pros (+) The room is spacious. The airconditioned is great. TV is ok. Frontdesk staff are friendly.
Cons (-) The shower head always falls down. Breakfast ok, but perhaps add more bread varieties or perhaps eggs or sausages.

Pros (+) Staff were really friendly and helpful. Mashuad, the night manager was really helpful, as were all the staff. The pool was a great facility, the room was a good size and comfortable, and the balcony was really useful. Overall the hotel was clean and well maintained. Location was good for where we needed to be much of the time. Good value for money.
Cons (-) Would have liked a kettle / coffee machine in the kitchenette, and a shelf in the bathroom. Some kind of social area would have been good as there was a group of us, however the staff were very accommodating and helpful so we could meet up.
