I was directed to the disabled toilet which is fine, but the toilet doors don’t lock at all so made me feel uncomfortable. I ended up walking to my room for the toilet which was on the top floor. Cons (-) Unfortunately there is a few things that really let this place down. The biggest issue is the staff, although all very friendly they are clearly inexperienced and have not had proper training. Cocktails never made correctly at the pool bar, service is very slow, bar not prepared and stocked.
