The location was fantastic , peaceful, clean , spacious. It was like entering a movie scene ..
The entrance from the road to the gate entrance . Need some tender loving care , overgrown weeds, and bushes. Entering a scary movie type of location , if you're coming in late at night , first time you'll see what I mean ..
Staff (specially at breakfast) were incredibly friendly and helpful. The property is beautiful and surrounding area is very peaceful with sheep and views of the mountains.
Very noisy because of the thin doors. The sound of people walking and talking in the corridor was very loud and sounded as if there was no door at all. Decor is nice, but specially in the bathroom it looks run-down with rust marks.
Room decor was nice, loads of car parking space.
Our stay at this property was extremely disappointing and fell far below expectations, especially considering it is marketed as a 4-star hotel. In reality, the experience was closer to a 2-3 star standard at best, and absolutely not worth the price charged. The grounds and facilities were poorly maintained. The room was nice and spacious, the breakfast was nice, the staff were friendly. The hotel is very pretty and it was a nice space to stay in. It was toddler friendly - there was a high chair at breakfast for our daughter and she really enjoyed the pool area.
We had ants in our hotel room - the bathroom and living area. We were travelling with a toddler so ate in the room a couple of times and came out to ants swarming over leftover food on the side. We also got bites from ants that were on the sofa. We did raise this and they gave us a can of raid but the cleaners didn’t do a very good job of clearing the ants and there were dead ants left in the corn...Read more
This was our 3rd time at Virrey but unfortuantely the last one. The only positive thing about this hotel is the lovely tranquil location. Everything else is just worn out and dissapointing. The hotel keeps changing managers every year. First time we stayed we had an amazing time, we had been upgraded to a nice room when we said it was our anniversary, given cava on the house, hotel was very clean ...
The second year was already a bit of a downgrade, because the restaurant no longer had a la carte but just a set menu for dinner, but still better than no restaurant at all. We did get the nice room we had booked online and were pleased with that. The hotel is set in a lovely, quiet, and peaceful location surrounded by fields. Our two rooms were lovely with daily room cleans & a change of towels. We enjoyed using the pool and table tennis table. The safe and fridge were useful. The staff were very helpful even providing us with irons, helping arrange taxi to Inca and local shops and even organising breakfast early.
Gorgeous property with amazing breakfast!!! So quiet and relaxing - staff were helpful and kind.
We loved everything! We hired a car which I would suggest and was perfect!

The place felt a little tired around the edges, I think a 4* hotel is a bit of a stretch, our room had no mini bar, no long mirror, there was no where to get a drink in the hotel. Pictures of lovely food in the gallery and a sign as you arrive pointing to the restaurant but there isn’t one anymore. Shower in a bathroom flooded the whole floor.
Loved this hotel! It is a beautiful place to stay! Very Spanish unspoilt place in Mallorca! Our room was huge and very comfortable and a lovely place to stay
