We stayed here for 6 nights as a family with kids and had a really lovely time. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, which made a big difference. The only downside for us was the breakfast buffet selection for meat — it was mostly pork (salami and sausages), with only one type of turkey option. It would be great to have more non-pork choices for guests who don’t eat pork.Read more
Plenty of kids entertainment. Walking distance to the beach. Food was good for half board.
Kids splash pool too cold for the 23 degrees outside. We used wetsuits or went to the beach as sea water was warmer.
Kids had the best time. Kids club staff were exceptional. Pools and food were all great quality.
Grateful for the nice staff, very good food, great kids experience. Enjoyed everyday cleaning.

We felt like we were in a hotel in Germany, not Spain. 😆 The animations in the game room were in German, so we couldn't understand anything. Breakfast, size of the room on 5th floor, balcony., swiming pools, close to the main street. Idealy for familis with small kids.
Parking might be an issue. Hotel has few buildings with 200+ rooms and parking lot has only 50 spots + 10 on the street. Few houndred meters away was planty of space (end of september) ... July/August can be tricky.
It was close to the beach and restaurants, shop’s close by. It has great pools nice and clean every day it wasn’t a race for sun beds. Rooms were nice clean and modern.
One of the receptionist were unhelpful and rude on one of the days but the rest were helpful. Our room was always clean but things weren’t replenished and forgotten about. But didn’t affect our stay.
Everything is perfect, as we were only 2 adults and we’ve booked for family suites but they offer us to upgrade 20€/night to go on the building with the sea view and adults only ! So good, the breakfast is very good also the sauna and indoor swimming pool in the raining day !
