Pros (+) Fantastic complex. Great pool and activities, kids loved the games room! Plenty of sun beds. Breakfast great! Staff lovely. Room cleaned every day. Location amazing- 2 mins to beach.
Cons (-) My wife is gluten free and constantly had to ask for gluten free bread- it was always brought out eventually but she didn't like having to ask every time. Maybe have a small GF section at the breakfast buffet?

Pros (+) The hotel is clean. The food is good and affordable. The parking space is good but you need to reserve it in advance.
Cons (-) I didn't like the room. I booked a superior apartment but it was small, especially the living room and kitchen was super tiny. The TV in the room is almost 37 inch like the ones I used in my childhood. The Elevators are small and were mostly broken. Our room was in 4th floor. I had to carry our stroller and baby up and down.

Pros (+) Good location, very clean.
Cons (-) Food was average, staff weren't great, very unhelpful, started clearing away food before end of service. Made to feel like an inconvenience at meal times. Room was next to a lift and a cleaning cupboard so pretty noisy especially in the mornings. We had a balcony but it looked onto a road and car park! Was also right above the hotel supermarket which was also a little noisy.
