Andrea received us around midnight with great warmth and enthusiasm. He gave us a map and really good directions to get around the best spots. Comfy bed, clean room, soft towels. Really convenient location for seeing the sights, with nice cafes and restaurants nearby (Pizza troll was a highlight). Would stay again.

The room was quite big and clean. They are cleaning and changing the towels every two days. Also, our host, Andrea was very nice and told us about what we could visit around Cagliari. Also, we had a rented car, and there was a big free parking right across the street, very big advantage.
The bathroom is separate from the room, and to access it you have to go through a common hallway. Also, it would get very hot in the bathroom during the day. Nothing too bad, just a bit unpleasant.
Host was very friendly and easy going, even though we arrived relatively late he was heartful and understood the situation. Room has everything you need to have.
Accomodation is a little off from city centre (you can take bus or taxi or walk for 25 minutes).. we were there on Monday evening (21:30+) and nearby all restaurants were closed except 1 pizzeria.
The room was very nice and clean. Andrea is an amazing host, he helped us with everything and was always there for us when we needed him :)

very small things that can be improved: 1) the bathroom needs a mat at the entrance 2) the shower area is a little too small for me since i am a big guy 😅
Andrea was very kind and helpful. He showed us nice places to visit and answered all questions very patiently. The bed was very comfortable; the room and bathroom (in front of the room) were very clean. It is cleaned every two days. The place is located near the busstop from line 1, who brings you to the old city in 10 minutes. Just around the corner there is a cheap supermarket and lots of places...
The shower is a little bit small and when you leave the window open, there will be lots of traffic noise. When you close the window, you hear almost nothing.Read more
Very nice, well equipped room with air conditioning and a private bathroom, all clean and nicely decorated. The host is very kind, friendly and helpful. The location is quite good especially if you have a car and there is a free parking lot for it.
The sound isolation is a bit weak so you can hear the noise from the other rooms

Bella Cagliari is in a good location, close to local amenities and only a short bus journey into the main centre.
